This was the worst hotel I have ever visited. Our first room had missing furniture, holes in the wall, not clean, mirror riped off the bathroom door, etc. This hotel clearly had some things happening that shouldn't be. People were loudly fighting, cussing, and fussing at 3:30 in the morning, 2 doors down from us on our first night. If I could have fould something on such short notice and the room had not been paid for through Orbit, I would have left. Not a good experience at all. Towels were not available when we needed them. Ice machines were broken. Bathroom tub was stopped up and was asked to be fixed but that didn't happen. I do not see how this place is still in business.

Location. Noisy and run down. This hotel is in great need of improvement. The staff did not get of the phone for a personal call while checking me in, the whole place is run down. The other people staying were very noisy way into the late night.

TV Remote did not work,bath tub back up, walls whit holes and dirty, bed sheet was use,dead bug under comforter, 4 wall mounting lights 2 works,hair was on bed,carpet dirty, i will never go back. I called front desk and theynever respond.Sorry but it is no good.

For the price that was charged, the hotel was in an iffy location. The room was dirty, and I was apprehensive about staying there. The room lock was loose - my husband put his bike and a chair against the door. The showere barely sprayed any water, and I was happy to leave early.

This hotel really needs work. The front desk staff is nice enough, but the property is quite run down and dirty. I barely felt safe there. There was noise throughout the night.

We stayed at Americas Best Value Inn-Virginia Beach for one night and were not at all impressed. The only good part was the staff. The rooms were not well-kept (I felt the need to wear flip-flops in the shower) and smelled musty. The sheets had small tears in them, and the shower curtain had mildew.

The room and the lobby at this motel were dirty. The free breakfast is located in the attached Chinese buffet restaurant. The breakfast included cereal and a pouch of cool-aid.

I will never stay there again. Nobody knows what there doing. Every ice maker was broken. Couldn't get any soda. Why? Because that was broken also. If I were a senior citizen I would be fearful of my life with how run down the hotel is. DO NOT STAY HERE!

It was comfortable, and in a good location. A ten minute taxi ride to the beach. The pool was warm and clean. The front desk was very helpful. It was an overall good stay for cheap money.

The pool was nice; great staff. Not real clean. The staff were completely kind about moving us to a nicer, brighter, cleaner, nice-smelling room over the pool.

Everyone i spoke with complained about the hot water.It comes on scalding and then cold then scalding again.The room was constanlly cool despite what seemed to be a fairlly new heat pump unit. Asked for non smoking got smoking room also booked a king got two doubles.When ck out came there was 20 people standing to complain we were so tired of waiting we left. Spend a couple more bucks and stay somewhere else. Oh by the way we were woke up in the morning by sounds of construction a few rooms down.

After driving in the Hotel Parking LOT me and my party observed hotel ocupants in lawn chairs on the balcony. The check in area , which is a representation of the basic standards the Hotel portrays to the public at large had old , decrepit , foul smelling furniture , the carpet was matted , and felt stickey while walkin on. I IMMEDIATELY expressed my disatisfaction to the clerk. Me and my party then went acreoss the street.

The hotel was dirty. The first room was dirty, had no phone, and no remote control. The second roomwas dirty but did have a remote and phone. I have never had such a bad experience at a hotel. I was actually afraid for my safety. The doors between room would not lock, the door to the room did not have a chain lock. It was a horrible experience.

The hotel was fairly comfortable. Had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. The room was fairly large with two double beds, a desk area and and a table with two chairs

The staff was friendly and helpful. All of the drink machines were sold out, no ice bucket in our room, and the blow dryer did not work. There was no ice bucket in our room, the blow dryer didn't work and all of the drink machines were sold out so we had to go to a convenience store to get drinks.
