We arrived at hotel late. Nobody say welcome. They ask like interrogation how many people will stay. They charged extra money for my sons.Continental breakfast is a just coffee and piece of cake.

Convenient, friendly, Wi-Fi, simple. Tub had a deep scratch. I could not prepare tea in my room. Breakfast could have been organized better.

The hotel is situated in a good location and it gives a great value stay with some bear bit breakfast. Staff was good. However, the room was pretty run down and we had a sink leak in our room.

At least it was close to where we wanted. Everything was broken. And there were toe-nail clippings and dead skin pieces in the bathroom. If you are looking for cheap and near Niagara falls, go for it. But bring a sleeping bag, hand sanitizer, and ear muffs (walls are thin!). It is sad to see quaint motels like this falling apart because of the big chains.

We recently stayed at the hotel for a weekend getaway type of thing. I do not live very far from Niagara Falls but we decided to check in. It was a wonderful experience, the rooms were big and very clean, and the staff was very presentable and very hospitable. I would definitely reccommend this America's Best Value Inn for anyone, business or pleasure.

This was the most ineptly managed motel I've seen in my life. The rooms we were given upon check-in were not what we had reserved. The "corrected" rooms we were later given were also not what we reserved. Both we and my in-laws had booked jacuzzi suites: there was only one jacuzzi suite there. The sofabed in one room did not have any sheets and it took 3 trips to the office to get a full set. There were no ashtrays in the smoking rooms. The rooms were dirty when we got there, to the point of having old food and drinks in the fridges. The rooms were not cleaned at all nor the linens replaced the entire time, though we requested it be done twice. The "fan" in the bathroom was apparently a heater, instead. The worst part is that my husband was berated by an employee for going to the office during the night (when we returned from our wedding reception) to get sheets and garbage bags because the room hadn't been cleaned. He was told by the employee that it was "too late" even though they advertise 24-hour front desk service. Also, the pool was closed and looked to be in disrepair, and the only vending machine was broken. The only drinks available were warm bottles of water, and I didn't even see an ice machine. There is no whirlpool on site, just the one jacuzzi in the one room.

It was TERRIBLE they advertise WIFI and HBO but you get there oh yea no HBO or WIFI looks like someone decided not to pay there bills this month what is up with that. THAT is just to start with we arrive after a 3 hour drive and you go to use the toilet to relieve yourself and the toilet seat FALLS OFF. Talk about spiecal people you ask for a wake up call at 6:45 am THEY call you at 12:30 PM Day #2 We try for a wake up call again 6:45 AM they call AT 1:00 AM 1 o clock in the morning are you kidding me horrible service We would never ever return if we had to we would chose to sleep in the car! DON'T BE CHEAP LIKE US SPEND THE EXTRA 20$ AND STAY AT A GOOD HOTEL!

We recently stayed at this motel with my wife and kids. I do not live far from Niagara Falls so this was like a weekend getaway. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. The motel has just gone through renovation and seems like it. I would definitely suggest this place to all my friends. The Falls were beautiful and this motel added to it all. I would definitely come back.

dont stay here.,.. the bed was soooo gross... there were several dark stains on the pillows and mattress.... HOLES in the walls... the bathroom floor was very dirty... phone and internet wasnt working.... blood stains on the wall behind the bed....

The Room smells really bad and I believe it is not worth spending the money at this place. They serve Continental Breakfast and that includes Muffins and Muffins.

We were checked in by the cleaning staff (it was a Sunday and the owners were not there.) The carpets were filthy. My husband walked barefoot in our room and when he got into the shower, the shower was black from his feet. We had riden in the car all day, so I know his feet didn't get that dirty since his shower the night before. The whirlpool was broken. Only a few of the 3 of the 6 jets worked and the water leaked out before we could even use it. The bed was clean and comfortable but that was the only good thing about our room. I requested a smoking room and I had to ask for an ashtray, which I didn't get until our second night. In my opinion, this motel should be shut down until they can clean and repair. I hope the other travelers' rooms weren't as nasty as ours was. We were very disappointed!

Friendly staff. No choice in breakfast. Refrigerator, location (on top of table). It is a conveniently located hotel. But for the money, it is not that great - you would expect more.

There was trash behind the furniture, bugs everywhere, including the five I found in the bed. The room was huge and could have been nice had the holes in the walls been fixed and the room was cleaned. There was cobwebs hanging from the ceiling over the bed, the air conditioner rattled horribly and I was charged * for one night. It was the worst room I have ever stayed in.

Nothing. The AC was out of order and there was no proper ventilation. I have asked for a non smoking rooms but one of the room was smoking room which was stinking and also the AC was not working, there in the night.

Cheap. Further from the Niagara Falls than expected. We worried so much before we got there. But it was just as good as one star hotel.
