Dirty carpet, walls, poot maintence of room, no room service, rude manager. Nightmare, toilet paper holder had fallen out of the wall and was on the dirty floor.

This was our first time to use Prefered Acess and were we disapointed. The room was dirty, maid service none, building run down . We have pictures if you are interested. We would not have stayed here except we were late ariving and had no time to look for another room. This was an emergency trip and added to our stress.

Very affordable. Clean towels were not provided each day. The only positive thing I can say was that the hotel room was very clean. I have never stayed in hotel or motel where clean towels were not provided each day. We also ran out of toilet paper, there was only 1/8 of a roll to begin with, and more was never provided! The front desk person told me that clean towels were not left in my room since I did not tell him I needed service.
