Very very clean, great pool, large room. Great parking for trailers and RVs. Right across from Cmfrt In, but half the price and easily as nice.

The rooms and baths were clean and price great! It would be helpful to have thehighway exit number as part of the directions and address. We were a little afraid of the cleanliness and location of the motel but were very happy with the both.

Americas Best Value Inn, Malvern, Arkansas is conveniently located off Hwy 30. We enjoyed staying away from Hot Springs on this busy Holiday weekend, but this location gave us easy access to surrounding attractions such as Magic Mountain, the Ouachita river and of course the beautiful resort town of Hot Springs. After a long hot day of exploring, it was refreshing to come back to the hotel and take a cool swim in the hotels crystal clear pool. They do lock it promptly at 9:00 p.m. so make sure to get back in time to enjoy it. Located across the street was shopping and fast food, even gourmet coffee.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, accommodating when extra linen, and pillows requested. I and my husband were both well pleased with the service at American Value Motel of Malvern. The close proximity of Super Walmart and surrounding eateries: Wendy's, McDonald's and Waffle House made things much more convenient since unfortunately the motel breakfasts were devoid of any protein, not even egg substitute with hash browns.

The quietness and that's about it. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly but the beds was so uncomfortable. My Spouse and I both had really bad back aches after sleeping in the bed.

The friendly people at the front desk. I liked everything. It had a good location, friendly staff, and (most importantly) very clean rooms.

Secure area to park my motorcycle. Staff spoke little English. It would be better if the front desk clerk spoke & understood English.
