The hotel remind me of a place the you pay by the hour.

It was close to highway. No internet connection, a dorm room would have been better. This hotel was not at all what I'd expected from the name. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone that was traveling for business or with their family. Again it was a huge disappointment and I had to shorten my stay.

I travel through North Carolina every year and stop here for at least 3 -4 days. This year when I stayed with my family we noticed a big improvement from the year before. We were more than comfortable and the pool was great. The location is very central to lots of restaurants and the I-95. Looking forward to stopping in next year. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

This was THE most horrible hotel in which I have stayed in my life! I was tired and it was late so I stopped into this location to catch a quick night's sleep but when I walked in I almost threw up! I took photos of the room to show to any poor soul thinking about staying at the Lumberton, NC location. If you ask me this should be renamed America's WORST Value Inn!!

Refrigerator and microwave in room, nice bonus for an economy hotel. A little more selection for breakfast would be nice. This hotel is very convenient and has nice rooms. The staff is nice and accommodating. Super hotel for a budget price.

I wouldn't even recommend this inn for a poor student who couldn't afford more. The ""breakfast"" was disgusting as described. We didn't even take our shoes off in the room, or take showers, as everything was so nasty and dirty looking.

It was clean. It was a grate hotel to stay at the room was noise.

The Best Value Inn in Lumberton, NC is not satisfactory. The room was dirty and musty. Towels were small, thin and very rough. A coffee maker was in the room as advertised, but there was no coffee or condiments. The free breakfast consisted of a pack of grocery store donut holes, a loaf of bread, coffee and juice. The counter was dirty and there were toast crumbs all over the plasticware.

Nothing good about that hotel. Bad service, bad smell. Had bad experience in this hotel.

Friendly, clean, helpful, with refiregerator and microwave as bonus. N/A Nice, friendly, convenient, clean, could do better regarding internet access, could maintain equipment better. Overall, I will not have any problems returning to this hotel.

Staff was good. The room was one of the worst we were ever in. Do not stay in this hotel.
