Loved these people so very much[the owners/managers, who happen to live on site],and the way we were treated, that we stayed three nights instead of the one we had planned! They made us feel as though we were guests in their home. They are working so hard on their renovations, while trying to please their customers. Landscaping in the front and side of the Inn is very well done, but if you look inside, into the outdoor courtyard, which almost seems to sit in the middle of this building, it will take your breath away! It truly is a small botanical oasis! Here you will also find a beautiful, crystal clear pool. It is fabulous, so clean and without that awful, overused chlorine smell! There really is no room for criticism, if the rooms seem to lack a few luxuries. That is definitely reflected in the rate. You need only to ask and they attend your every need. We definitely plan to go back and stay for as long as possible! This Inn is only going to get better and better!! Thanks for everything guys! Best of luck to you from Ontario, Canada.

Very comfortable, clean & friendly with beautiful grounds and wonderful on site owners. Exercise equipment need to be updated - thats it. This hotel had a very comfortable, homey kind of feel due to the on site owners (who did everything they could to make your stay great). The staff was also friendly & helpful. Bare minimum in hotel rooms but they were clean & comfortable. I would recommend this hotel (as long as you are not looking for luxury). I am not comfortable in luxury hotels, I prefer the laid back feel. Oh and the courtyard area is a beautiful area to sit back and relax.

I stayed there one night in late July on my way out to Florida. The staff is extremely courteous and will bend over backwards for you. After speaking to the night manager, I discovered that it's a family run business and they take pride in their establishment and were eager to build a good reputation. The room I stayed had a few maintenance issues: a few patches of plaster which weren't painted over, a door that didn't close properly unless you put body weight into it. But despite the flaws, it was an enjoyable experience for the price. I got cable TV, free continental breakfast in the morning and a beautiful garden in the center.

The hotel is under renovation- at breakneck speed. The pool and courtyard are being completely redone. I was most impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The room was very clean and we enjoyed our time there.

Stayed for a week and hiked the many trails and parks surrounding Las Cruces. Hotel is in the middle of a major renovation, the front grounds and entrance are done and look good but the courtyard/pool area are a dust bowl. The pool is only a hole in the ground now. The neighborhood is older commercial and doesn't have a lot of dining options close by except for a good breakfast diner right next door. Decent laundry facility, breakfast OK, limited vending. Soundproofing of rooms is not that good. Staff super friendly and courteous.

Friendly hotel owners who treat guests like family. Previous guest smoked in non-smoking room. My sister and I felt very welcome by the owners of this hotel. They offered evening herbal tea and chocolates. The courtyard is very inviting with seating and tables to enjoy the lovely gardens. The pool looked well kept and clean. Complementary breakfast included homemade waffles with fresh fruit.

I travel for a living and for extended stays. The staff of this hotel was by far the best I have ever had. I never had a need that wasn't promptly met. If you are traveling in the Las Cruces area I would stay at this hotel over any other. The rates were very reasonable and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I have know moved to a new area to work and find myself wishing I could have the same treatment I was afforded at this hotel. Traveling for a living is not an easy life. Thank you all for a job well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Owner very friendly and helpful. Very nice garden. No electric outlets in bathroom. Had to ask for hair dryer, and iron and ironing board. The hotel was very clean and nice. I did state I did not need my room to be cleaned but they came in and cleaned anyway. Owner gave me a pot of hot tea and chocolates to be enjoyed upon checking in. Very nice.

online travel site advertised this place as having a "crystal clear pool." There was nothing more than a hole in the ground when we got there. Come on! My toddler had been looking forward to swimming. Can't really swim in a fenced-off, can you? Where's the integrity here?

I have stoped on the way to this hotel. The crew is very friendly and helpfull. the qualities of the room... are very good for the price. They are improving the place, there are work, so I guess that if you stop by here soon you should find something very convenient for a very good priceYou will have also coffee fruits and muffin for your breakfastIf I m around I will stop here again

The hotel staff was excellent and the hotel was much improved from earlier stays. The cable didn't have ESPN, it only had ESPN2. The hotel was much improved over a previous stay and I recommend this hotel to people traveling into Las Cruces.

Very clean. This is a newly rennovated older motel. The owners are the managers and go waaay above and beyond the call of duty to make sure their guests are happy. We will definitely stay again when we go thru Las Cruces.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Out in the middle of no where. Staff waspleasant, very helpful, responded to request quickly. Older hotel but clean. No extras here/no blow dryer etc. Pool under construction, would need transportation to stay at this hotel, not close to restaurants or shopping/older part of town.

Have stayed here a dozen times over the past few months, have had positive experience each time, week day or week-end. Staff is very helpful and friendly, rooms are large and comfortable, there is a good security fence and excellent outdoor lighting.

Clean and renovated. Breakfast area awkwardly placed in lobby. These are clean, simple, low cost accomodations. Nothing stands out as particularly good or bad. You do get a fridge and microwave in the room. My room was quiet, even though it faced the street. They were still renovating at this time (Feb 23, 2008) so there's no pool yet, and the exercise room was barely there. Also beware the plug near the vanity - it turns off along with the lights, so find a different plug to charge your cell phone overnight.

Very good value motel. Excellent location if you're travelling East - West. Very friendly staff and helpfull.

The hotel was under construction and should not be open for business. There were no outlets in the room and no water pressure or hot water and in the preview it said newly renovated which was bull. It should not be open for business.
