Most excellent for budget hotel. The price is reasonable, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff. The room was very nice and clean. Great location. I will recommed this hotel to all my colleague and stay again.

I was looking for value, but got something else. This is the cheapest place in the area and I know why. The rooms are small, could not close the door, rooms not sound proof, staff does not care attitude and the list goes on

Front desk clerk are so warm and friendly. They even extended help when needed. Room is clean and nice. I'll surely be back there soon... excellent stay!

I booked this motel for my friend who was visiting from England. He only stayed there one night, but said, "Please do not let anyone stay there ever again." It was cheap and in the location where he needed to be, so that is why it was chosen. He has stayed in other cheap motels, but indicated that the room was likey to be the worst he has experienced and he has struggled to repress the memory.

I went to O.C. just to go out with my friends. the room was not expensive it was comfortable to sleep in. in fact most of us ended up sleeping in the room. and then next day we left a bunch of stuff(ipod, memory cards, etc..) in the hotel after checking out(we totally forgot) but then when we came back the day after everything was returned to us...

I happened to stay here after I got out of a concert. The staff was friendly and helpful.Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The downside to here is that it was very noisy. This place is only good to stay one night and I don't recommend it to families on vacation.

I booked this room based on price. It shows $* cheaper than the other hotels so I thought it would be a good deal. The rooms were dated from the 80s. You can see that they are tting to make it better, but they need to spend more money. We had loud noisy high traffic neighbors and I did not feel comfortable. The linens were worn and shabby. We were suppose to stay a week, but left after the first night since there were no room available. STAY AWAY!!

"There were strings for curtains- but no curtains, so passersby could look into our room. The door had to be forced shut, and was very very hard to lock. The front desk staff was slow, and tried to charge me again for the room. It was definitly NOT worth what I paid through travel website for it. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but checked out before the second night. I would not recommend it for people that like privacy, security, and dealing with competent staff. In fact, I don't recommend it to anyone."

"Tiny bathroom, cigarette burns on bathtub, flat pillows, worn carpeting, one cup of coffee, supposed to get a non-smoking room - smelled of smoke"

"Hotel staff was courteous and efficient. It appears that some of the motel is used by long-term renters. Room was clean, comfortable, ample in size. It came with a mini-fridge and microwave. Ample TV cable channels. Hot tub outside our door was frequently occupied. I have paid twice as much for half as much. No restaurants within walking distance, but with being 2 miles from El Toro, and 10 minutes from downtown Irvine, there were many choices from delivery, to fast food, to extravagant."
