Not nearly as nice, room was not bad except for bed. Bathroom had a hard water problem with mineral build up.

It is good location and clean in lobby. Room is ok but blanket is old. This is a big hotel and clean.
Date of Stay:
May, 2008
The price was right and that was about the only value. The staff were surly and not helpful and when we asked for an extra set of towels we never saw them, ever. It was quiet, the beds were reasonable, and the place was clean. There were no clocks of any kind in the room which was strange. Guess you can' ask for much more for the money, but I wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel was absolutely horrible. There were cob webs everywhere and the sheets had blood stains. The shower curtain had gross stains all over it. In addition the dead bolt lock on the door was removed. DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Our single king bed room had an unmentioned sofa in it, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel itself is dated. Our overall hotel stay was fine, the room was clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant overnight stay.

This hotel was dark, dingy and almost scary. I guess if you were bachelor and traveling on your own it would be just "ok" ; being as we were traveling with a family..... it was not the hotel for us.
Date of Stay:
July, 2007
The staff had removed the dead bolt because one of the early customers had locked themselves in the room by mistake. I did not feel safe with out one. The complimentary breakfast was all gone by 9am. Help was busy visiting instead of putting things out for customers. Our room was quiet, had a nice view out back, bed was comfortable. I will not stay there again because of the two prior things mentioned.

Icant think of one thingI liked about it. Personnel at front desk, mold growing in bathroom. Had trouble with room key, person at front desk told us to just wiggle key and it would work, fought with that for day and half, finally main. Person got us different key. There was mold growing in bathroom, springs sticking out of mattress, so we asked for clean ones when we left in morning and the cleaning lady never made the bed just threw the spread over it,there was a small table in room that had some kind of food[ketchup] spilled down the side of it ,we had to ask the cleaning lady to clean that off.

Excellent value hotel. Front desk people were helpful. Great wireless internet & continental breakfast. I'd stay there again

The friendliness of the front desk people. The room was dirty and out dated. Not what I expected. Thought it would be cleaner and more modern. The bathroom was not very clean, nor the carpet. However, the beds were clean and not bad mattresses.

Lobby/eating/lounge area very nice, spacious. Can hear pretty clearly though the walls. If you are a light sleeper, you won't get a good night's sleep, but otherwise basically clean, friendly and good location.

Nothing. No coffee maker in the room. Iwould not stay there again if it was free.

Desk personnel not doing their job.

Clean and convenient. Ran out of food for breakfast buffet. Clean, convenient, cheap, across from McDonald's, next to a C-Store, good location, very affordable, really nice king sized bed and couch in room was great.

very friendly and helpful in all respects. Very friendly staff accommodating and helpful. Our vehicle broke down and they did everything possible to help us out and recommended local service persons that were just as good and reasonably priced. Helped with transportation with courtesy shuttle when we needed it.
Date of Stay:
October, 2008
very good quality of service and cleanliness and newness of room for price. nothing disliked this hotel provided a good clean, modern, well furnished room for my husband and myself at a very reasonable price. Good continental breakfast, quiet. we will go back next year for the Octoberfest week.
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
Cheap for a place to sleep. It had a smell when you first walked in and bring spray. If you are there for a romantic getaway this is not the hotel for you. If you are just looking for a place to sleep this is the place for you.

It was cheap and quiet. Cigarette burns on the bedspread. America's Best Value Inn is indeed just that. It's very affordable and it met all our needs. We just needed a place to stay for the night, no frills required and this hotel was just what we wanted.
