The room was an emergency rental. My son and his family moved to Bullhead. The power company was closed Friday July 3 when they were told to come in to do the paper work to turn on electricity. I live in California so I jumped on the computer to rescue them from the 110 degree heat, and thankfully found you. Your rates are fantastic! You made a bad situation very bearable! They stayed 3 days and were actually able to find their way around in a new city. Thank you so much.

Just a one night stay on a trip from CO to CA - Motel had easy access from I-40 yet far enough away from Freeway to avoid noise. Room was clean and adequate and "price was right"!

Good price for a very comfortable stay. Morning continental breakfast was very weak. Coffee is hot.

The staff was very good about whatever they could do to help us. I wanted to take a bath but the tub wouldn't hold water and the shower was that kind that is like a powerful mist & you couldn't change it. There was no in-room coffee but you could get coffee in the lobby. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Hotel was close to the freeway which was convenient to find but it is also right next to the railroad tracks. Located right on historic Route 66. Restaurants were close by. Continental breakfast was included. Breakfast room was nicely decorated and cheery. Acceptable place to stay en route.

This is nice place to stay. The staff is friendly and the rooms are remodeled. This is a great value and since the last time I stayed here, the place is looking like a gem after they finished the renovations. The construction is over and the rooms are nice and comfortable. I like the fact that I can park my car and walk to my room. In the morning they have a continental breakfast. They have coffee 24/7, internet access and complimentary use of a computer to check email etc? I would stay here again.

After staying at this facility for several days over a period of weeks, we arrived to learn that the reservationwe had made WEEKS IN ADVANCE, and had CALLED to confirm for late arrival, and WERE TOLD WAS SECURE.was not honored when we arrived. We had reserved a suite, which we were told would be available for the upcoming weeks and days we needed and when we arrived they offered to "Move you to a single for the same price." Clearly, reservations mean nothing to this facility! We had explained and talked in detail about the accomodations we needed for our stay, for our equpment and to conduct our work while on the road. We were assured by the management that they catered to business travelers all the time....well, they clearly don't know the meaning of customer service or good business. Drive on by.

Just happened to stop on the way to Grand Canyon. What a sweet place, southwest motif is awesome, rooms clean and comfortable, friendly people, going back just to stay a few days, can't beat the price and the new management is great, nothing like the old Best Value, this is well worth the trip!!!!

America's Best Value it may be, however, you'll have to endure the unusual moldy smell and the lack of internet availability in some rooms. The lobby was surprisingly modern as were the bathrooms, but the bed was like bedrock. The few clientele that were staying there, were quite loud the following morning. We did not try the complimentary breakfast, but it was a nice touch for the extremely low rate, as was the in room fridge and microwave. The pool looked like it would be nice...too bad it was closed due to it being December and the freakish ice storm that hit the area.

Not too bad at all -considering the price. We were on a tight budget and expecting the worst for the low low price we got and were amazed at how decent it was for the price. Very much recommend this hotel if you don't need any ammenities.

This motel was highly rated and I found it to be an accurate assessment. My dad and I were travelling on a cross country road trip and stopped here en route. We arrived late almost midnight and we were greeted very warmly. The room was large, well outfitted had a refrigerator, tv free wireless and two large beds. Overall I thought it was very clean and very friendly. I would stay there again. For the money it is a great value in Kingman AZ.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. We were invited to a BBQ for the guests, which felt more like a family BBQ. The rooms were clean and had plenty of room to move around. The pool was very clean, but very cold, so I was unable to get in, as much as I wanted to. They had a nice compiuter room, but unfortunately the internet service in the area was not good, so I was unable to log in. My only problem was the remote to the TV was missing and no trash cans. I asked for them, but didn't get them. This could have been because we were out when they came, but we went without for the two days. I will definitely stay there again.

"Not travel rated as rated online, photos 30 years old. Even 'renovation discount rate', not worth it. Check-in a 95 degree day, no ice machines working. Ad stated, but no: refer, microwave or hairdryer. Aked for ""no housekeeping"". Even a 'do not disturb' on door, they entered, rearranged personal realty files laid out. Gathered up out of order and placed elsewhere. Trains ran all night at back of property 150 feet away. Workman banging and talking outside of door at 6 am. New Mgr apoligized but made no offer for a comp on a future date. "
