Staff greeted you with a smile and assisted you when you needed it without any hesitation or wait. The staff is there to accommodate you and make sure that your stay is comfortable and safe. They made sure we had everything in our room and made sure we ate breakfast. If you needed to know of any sites to see or do any shopping, they gave you the name, address and phone number of the places to visit.

This hotel had perhaps the smallest rooms we've seen in a hotel chain. Asked about a rollaway and were informed that one wouldn't fit in the room. Barely had enough room to sleep one kid in between the two double beds. No pool; only a small hot tub. I couldn't believe I paid over 100 a night for this. This was an adequate hotel, but I would have expected to have paid about half the price I did. On the plus side, it appeared to be clean, breakfast included belgian waffles, the staff was friendly and there were tables in the lobby you could hang out at (which we did due to the lack of space in our room). I wouldn't stay here again with more than 2 people in a room!
