The location was fine in a cute little town, however the corners of the bathroom were not clean and they had the ugliest bedspreads I have ever seen. The amenities were in need of updating.

Location. Breakfast area was terribly dirty and unclean. Dirty, unclean, unable to help answer questions we had, dirty, poor bedding-plastic! Just overall cheap and we felt we had picked up bedbugs and couldn't even dare eat the breakfast after seeing the filth it served in-someone needs to alert the proper authorities before a guest gets very ill.

We reserved two rooms for five nights. That part was fine and the price seemed OK at the time of the reservation. The rooms smelled very musty. They were fairly clean, but nothing special. The wireless Internet didn't work in our rooms and we were only 3 doors away from the office. The so-called Internet access was a dataport on your phone that you could connect your modem to.

Front desk was very friendly and courteous.

They actually followed the directions I left in the comment box. Beds too soft. Front desk very friendly. Pool was clean.

The room was ok, bed not bad, but pillows were covered in some kind of hard plastic and made noise every time you turned. We paid extra on line for River front view, the truth was, all rooms faced the "river" anyway. The nearby river walk was beautiful.

I have seen lots of motels and there was always something bad to say about them but in this case I can't find any. the location is great, the town is quaint and VERY quiet, close to everything you want to see in the area. the motel is situated near the river and you have a great view from your room which was really clean btw. the staff is very friendly. I wanted to stay longer but there was no more room available because of the 4th of july. this motel is a rare find. I guess the only thing that I did not like was the fact that everything closes early in Hot Springs but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Price was great, staff was friendly. Dirty wash cloth on top of shower, pool dirty, trash under beds. Good hotel on a limited budget. Staff very friendly and were always cleaning. Breakfast room small and few selections. Waffle maker didn't work well. Happy with overall stay.

Hot Springs is a small town, hotel is nicely located, very close to attractions and places to eat. The continental breakfast was really different - had a waffle maker and batter so that you could make your own Belgian waffle to order! Pool was outdoors and needed to be cleaned, water was clean, but sides of pool were a little dirty. Rooms clean and comfortable, beds were great. Definitely would stay here again.

The childen spent a great deal of time in the pool. I only wish that there were more options in the community to accomidate visitors in the area of dining, theatres, and other entertainment activities. It was difficult to locate restaurants that were opened when we needed them. When available, they provided poor service. This however, is no reflection on the hotel service though. The hotel service was great and the customer service we received while there was excellent. This is a great value for the area.

Location was pleasant rooms to a good standard of furnishing. Room used for breakfast too small. Situated by the river in hot springs is central for sight seeing and a good stop off whilst touring.

The America's Best Value in in Hot Springs is the prefect base for exploring the many attractions of the Black Hills and Hot Spings. It is ideally located along the river near the center of town and is within wlaking distance of most things. It is clean, well-maintaine and has very friendly management. The free breakfast is quite generous.

This is a tired hotel in a great downtown location within walking distance of all shopping and restaurants. Guest computer didn't work; breakfast room a joke. Adequate if all you want to do is sleep but as for advertised amenities, furgetaboutit.

Quiet, close to the office and breakfast area. Very Clean room. The parking was a little inconvenient if you got in later. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable. Close to the pool area also.

it says that it has 3 stars but I would give only 2

We stayed here on our way to Colorado, mostly to see the Mammoth Site. The hotel was fine for a couple of nights. Clean rooms, helpful staff.

Good location. Sheets would not stay on the mattress. Very basic for overnight stays. Had microwave and small refrigerator in room. Nice view of town. On the river.

Clean and inexpensive. Off season, much of town was closed. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the check in was easy. The staff was courteous.

The other guests at the hotel were friendly. I would have hoped that the room would have been cleaner. The hotel was acceptable. Cleanliness was less than expected. The continental breakfast was sparse.

Very comfortable, nice people. The deluxe breakfast was not that great. Nice area of town, comfortable and clean.
