Excellent Rooms. Nice location centrally located in downtown Holbrook, AZ. Away from the freeway. Clean rooms and great bedspreads.

Close to main street. No towels in bathroom when I arrived, aused towel was there. It is Ok for a quick stay on your way to somewhere else. Not very scenic or very clean. No pool, etc, but the staff wasvery accommodating.

Nothing. It was unsafe and disgusting. It was sandwiched in between other sketchy hotels. We traveled past a few other Americas Best, and these hotels deserve one star at best.

Free internet. Dirty shower, uncomfortable bed, the whole place needs remodeling. Awful - I would never stay here again. The hotel and furnishings were old and in need of an update. The shower was dirty (hair in the drain). There was a funny smell in the room. There wasn't much light available in the room. The bed was uncomfortable.

The shower was great, also the heater. It was rather an old motel. You could hear the trains going by at night.

It was ok. Strange big cupboard in the room, sort of cramped by the sink. I would rather stay some where else. If there were no where else then it will do.

Warm shower. There was a musty, damp smell in the room. We were disappointed in our accommodations. The room had a musty, damp smell. I did not mind the age of the hotel, but it was not well kept. We requested extra blankets and were told that none were available. The location was not preferrable either, (downtown in a questionable neighborhood). But, if you can get past those things, the evening attendant was pleasant and the shower was hot!

Price comparable to comfort of motel. Electricity was out the entire time we were there for 2 of 3 of our rooms. Comfortable and clean for an older motel and very convenient off the freeway. Unfortunately they were experiencing electricity problems in part of the building and when I went to tell them, they blamed it on the electric company but since one of our three rooms had electricity, it was obvious that it was isolated to the motel's own problems.
