Location. No washcloths, no coffee, 3 flat pillows on a king. Trash in parking lot; not very well kept; one small trash basket in room; not very quiet; basically cheep & a place to sleep.

Don't get me wrong. The maids were friendly and helpful, but the rude woman at the front desk absolutely refused to give me an am/fm radio that worked. (And they do advertise that they are in the rooms.) I had to spend 5 days there because my car broke down outside of Henderson and was being repaired...so I was looking for cheap! I didn't really care if it was a dive. There were few TV channels and I just wanted to listen to Coast to Coast AM at night. So...if at all possible I'd suggest you book another hotel. Hopefully one where they know the meaning of Customer Service!

The manager was friendly and very helpful. The toilet in the first room didn't work so we had to move to another room which was not as clean. It is convenient from the airport and the outside is clean. The two rooms we experienced were not as clean and the toilet in the first room didn't work. The rooms were noisy - could hear the traffic and other motel residents. The night manager was wonderful and did everything he could to help make our stay good.

The handicap ramp was in good repair, however it was right next to the broken pool. Black mold around the tub. Overwhelming cleaning smell to hide odors. This is a very old motel. I was traveling with my mom who is 75. There were small red bugs in the room and we did not take a bath because of the black mold around the tub. We had to plug in the lamps and the fridge. The cleaners they used to cover the fact that it used to be a smoking room were almost overwhelming. We were so tired by the time we arrived. It was so disappointing.

Typical road side motel but over priced. The room was nice and well kept. The parking lot noisy easy acess to major highways.

The beds were firm. The heater didn't work well. Great place to stay if you need a place to sleep and get cleaned up. Easy to find from the highway.

The price was perfect. Saved us lots of money to do other things. Hooters almost next door. Walking distance to MGM, Tropicanna, New York, Excaliber. You can tell Hotel is old, but rooms were clean and comfy. Staff was great, let us check in early and stay after check out. Very friendly and answered lots of questions. No traffic noise, don't eat at Coco's. Good deal overall.

It was well fitted out and very clean. Idid not fully realize the distance from the strip but that was my own fault. Staffwas friendly and helpful. Room well maintained. Room wasclean and fresh, good bed and equipment.

The pool. Our sheets had not been changed before we checked in. The location was not bad, and we loved having a pool. I don't mind the hotel being somewhat run-down, however, it could have been much cleaner.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. No microwave in room. I had a refrigerator but it is really convenient to have a microwave when traveling so that I don't always have to go out . This was a comfortable stay in a seemingly safe area. It was not luxurious but then again the price was very affordable. The staff was great. I was glad to have a refrigerator but only thing lacking was a microwave. I'll won't hesitate to use this hotel again in the future.

No parking for us-had to park in front and we were in back. Toilet overflowed and made a mess - I had to get from the office and carry plunger across entire area and clean mess myself because no maids until 9AM. They didn't even say sorry. Horrible place and I always stay in economy so I do not expect perfection, but this place wins award for the worst.

Had to beds in our room. Parking for not in front of rooms but off the side. For the cost I was upset with this motel, it was a small looking old motel and for what the cost was I expected more.

Friendly staff made every attempt to accommodate our needs. Free internet and fridge in room. That was great. Close to decent older casinos. Steps. Older style but in decent shape. Had a little problem with the stool not shutting off. Room was clean and comfortable. Free high speed internet was great.

Location was not congested with traffic and noise. Entrance was not very accessible with traffic follow. Check in was fast and friendly, no one bothered you and room was clean. The location was close to restaurants and casinos as well as shopping stores.

Location also not too noisy. Walls could hear other people talking in their rooms. Ithink this hotel was in great location was nice for whatI needed, top floor would have been better.
