We quite enjoyed the hotel stay, it was very clean and comfortable. Accessible to the town and all activities, the staff was nice and polite and the amenities were perfect for our family. As long as the dog doesn't come with us on our trip we would definitely stay there again.

The room was adequate but there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. The room was advertised as having a microwave but the only one available was in the hotel lobby. The room was overly warm and the only way to cool it down was to open the window and since the hotel sits right on the main road it was extremely noisy.

The room was clean, and the hotel was located near the downtown area of grand lake. The help was not particularly friendly, but they were compentent. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

The America's Best Value Inn was clean. The grounds were well maintained and the service from the receptionist timely and courteous. Everything was acceptable but not uninviting--low light, not enough furnishings for the space, a lighting fixture more appropriate for a garage, tiny sink area, etc. It was very evident that the management wanted to 'pinch' a penny or two everywhere you looked.
