It was very close to the concert we attended. Very clean and staff was friendly. We very much enjoyed the breakfast served.

I arrived to the hotel at around 1 pm it smelled wonderful, they had nice warm peanutbutter cookies for their guests. Check-in is at 3pm but the lady at the front desk made sure there was a room ready and she said it was no problem to get us in early. The room was clean, spacious and had a fridge for my snacks. My dog was allowed at the hotel for a minimum pet fee, but she was happy to be with me. All the staff was friendly and very accomodating with things I needed through out my stay. The hotel was nice and quiet too. I would definitely stay there again!!

This was close to the worst motel I have stayed at in the last ten years. It was full of weekly, monthly renters that came into their rooms at all hours of the night. I was afraid to let my wife walk to the office to use the computer. The sheets were clean and the bathroom was clean and on top of that they charged additional tax, that I had already paid orbitz and required a damage deposit.

Easy to locate. No coffee maker in room, not able to have hot drink before bed. Great for the money conscious traveler.

Employee at front desk was very helpful and mapped out area, he was awesome!! BUT... we opted to pay for the room and stay elsewhere as it people were fighting and screaming in one room, another young man was carrying a keg down the hall to get ready for a party. Not the family hotel, nor the relaxing hotel. Very dark and dated.

The America's Best Value Inn was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback to its location is the train that goes by early in the morning around 4:00 am, tooting its horn. Other than that, it is close to the UND campus which is nice when you are visiting your child at college. Getting into your section of the inn building, you needed your room key, so that was an added security, unlike some of the other budget hotels nearby, where anybody could roam the halls. It's close to shopping at Columbia Mall, Target and other big retailers, and restaurants. It's close to the Alerus Center and the Ralph Engelstad Arena.
