I've stayed at America's Best Value Inn twice now (in Goodlettsville, and in Glen Ellyn near Chicago), and BOTH times I have had staff throw a fit when I asked for a third towel (only two per room). Must be some company policy. I was amazed when the guy at the front desk told me there were no more towels. The place was 10% occupied, go open another room and get me one! He said he's see what he could do... 20 min later our towel showed up. Terrible service. Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke as well.

I paid to not stay at a hotel that was 100 yards away from me, it booked the wrong one.

If I could score this place lower I would. There was horrible service, drunk people wandering around, nasty rooms (with stained sheets/counters/walls, burn holes in the sheet, and standing water in the tub). I am just glad I didn't have my kids with me. It was unsafe, unclean and the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Very good value for the money. Not too far from downtown Nashville but close enough to attend all convention activities. Not a luxury hotel, but quite comfortable . What else does one need?

The TV remote and refrigerator didn't work. I would have liked for there to be a hair dryer and an iron in the room. The door was hard to open and close. The refrigerator and remote for the TV did not work. Other than that, the room was clean.

I was very happy with this hotel. It was located right off the interstate and was really close to Rivergate Mall. I would definately reccomend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a hotel in this area and I would stay here again.

Nothing. Dirty, lights didn't all work, bad smell, didn't even stay. I hated this room. It smelled. The lights didn't all work. I stayed about two hours and left. I was even scared to sit on the bed. Wasn't sure that it was clean.

Close to where were going. Old hotel with poor face lift. Makes you wonder about cleanliness, bedspread had rips. I would have stayed in it when I use to ride with a motorcycle club but it was not what I was looking to take my wife to. Photos were deceptive. They were taken of the only good qualities of the place.

It has a refrigerator to keep things cold. The rooms are not in the same building as the office, coffee machine, rest, etc. I can't really say it's a bad place. It is what it is. It was not worth the price. Again, I can't say it's bad or unsafe. Indeed, probably very good for people on a tight budget.

It was very clean from parking lot to the bath tub. It is a little hard to get to, hard to tell where the entrance is. Good location, easy to get to other places like shopping, site seeing and food.
