Decent bed and shower. You can tell this place was probably nice a few decades ago. Everything was clean, but there was some wear and tear. A great deal in a good location.

The bed was huge and comfortable. Not many channels onTV and smelled like smoke, even though non smoking room. Room needs updating and a good scrubbing. Housekeeping needs to clean everything, the top of theTV stand had a lot of dust. Microwave was dirty on the outside and inside. Also there wasn't a local news channel or aTV guide. The room also had a fridge. The bed wasn't bad. Staff was okay.

Staff was pleasant. Rooms were accomodating. Location is w/i walking distance to resturants, gas stations, other hotels. Spiece Fieldhouse, Wal-Mart, main thoroughfares and interstates w/i minutes. Very quiet. Good for the budget. Will definitely stay again!!

I used this hotel for business. There wasn't enough electrical in the room for Business use, but overall this was a good hotel stay

I was greeted by a very nice lady. She was helpful in checking me in and also giving me directions to various locations. I was in town for my sons basketball tournament, so the information was very valuable. The Americas Best Value Inn was clean and at a very good location. The price was a good calling card and room was very neat and clean. There were at least five restaurants within walking distance.

Americas Best Value Inn, Fort Wayne, Indiana, was a far cry from a value. The place had not been updated since the early 80's, and should be ashamed of themselves. The mirrors had old beer lables stuck to the mirrors, burn holes in the sheets, curtains with moth holes, broken countertops on the vanity, wall lights that were spliced together with wirenuts, ceiling light that flickered like it was a neon light, and the toilet ran continueously. Their continental breakfast was snack cakes and a bottle of Sunny Delight. I have done much traveling and I can tell you this place was GETTO

The bath room and the bed were clean but, the room was very run down and smelled like a musty basement. Not a place one feels comfortable walking on the carpet with bare feet. The towels were like sand paper.

My stay at the Americas Best Value Inn was very comfortable. This is a good hotel if your just looking for a place to stay for the night but not looking to spend a lot of money. Everything was very clean, good A/C, and plenty of channels on the TV. It's in a good location of town and is close to many restaurants and shopping centers. I would stay in this hotel again.
