Free continental breakfast. Cobwebs in the room. The location was scary at night, not well lit. There were cobwebs in the room. The remote for the TV didn't work, even after we ask to have new batteries put in it. The pool was suppose to be open until 11 and when we arrived at 10 were told it closed at 9. They had put a paper sign over the times originally posted. No one was at the front desk when we arrived. When we tried to use the pool the next day the heated pool was very cold to use and the jacuzzi didn't work. I would never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it. I'd have stayed somewhere else had I have known. It was just me with a17 year old and a 7year old.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Dirty, no hot water. Staff was very friendly and helpful however I would not stay there again! Hotel was dirty, no hot water. Overall was very disappointed.

Nicely folded bath towels. Not very clean, the front entrance and desk smelled of smoke, poor front desk service. Disgusting! The front lobby smelled awful of smoke and the hotel was very dirty, and unkempt!

Staff friendly, breakfast very good. Bugs in the three rooms that I know about. We stayed with two families of relatives and all three rooms had bugs. The courtyard was sadly in need of attention. Grass was too long and even some volunteer trees were starting. Air conditioning was not working in at least three rooms before they found one that worked.
