I really appreciated with hotel facilities.
Date of Stay:

Great location, friendly staff. The hotel was easy to find. Our room had a balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was perfect for our family, and having the fridge in the room was great. This hotel is one of the few that has an indoor swimming pool and spa at a reasonable price. My family enjoyed using it and I loved the artwork on the walls of the spa room. We planned on staying only for one night, but because the staff was so friendly and the facility was nice we extended our stay to 2 more nights.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming.Room was very clean. King bed was less than comfy, but sufficed for one night.Wall paper was peeling in shower.Thermostat on heater was very inaccurate and had to turn it back off from getting too warm. Plus the heater blows right over to one side of bed.Bed should have had 4 pillows instead of 3 for 2 people.Coffee maker is weak as is coffee. Want a place to sleep for one night,on a budget? This is it.Extended stay? No way.

The staff was friendly. WiFi worked great. Room was clean and smelled naturally fresh. I think because each room has a private deck with chairs and ashtray for smokers. Room was spacious and everything worked. If you need a hair dryer ask for it at check in. The local cafe next door was a pleasant change from the chains.

Would like pool to open earlier. We enjoyed the cozy room, indoor pool, and the easy location.

they were nice at check-in & horribly rude @ check-out!

Staff were friendly. Staff could not assist in getting Broadband Internet Connection. Need to provide better instructions on how to log on wireless Internet. They provided written instructions for Apple Computers only, although it was not indicated it was for Apple only. The Network administrator tried to shift blame to me and my computer. I finally got on the Internet after 30 hours of trying.

Very nice accomodations, large room, clean, and the staff were very nice and accomodating. Close to Breakfast/Lunch restarant which was very good. Close to many outdoor activities.

Helpful staff. No air conditioning! Motel is easy to find on SR 1, is modest not best. Room was hot and stifling as it had heat, butno A/C (first week of August). Room also smelled of perfumed cleaning products. As a plus, the room did have a fridge.

The hotel was convenient access from freeway and Los Gatos downtown.Check in was smooth and no trouble.Hotel provided free gym access (about 2 minutes drive), it was nice place.Unfortunately we didn't try swiming pool but would like to try next time.

Nice staff. We were given a double bed. I would not recommend this hotel.

This is a budget place to stay. That being said, you get a great value for the money. Staff is pleasant, rooms are clean, and the indoor pool and spa are convenient (especially with kids in tow, who may be disappointed that it's hard to swim in the cold Northern California waters around here). Cafe next door was great for breakfast. Visible from Highway 1 just north of Noyo Harbor, easy to find after heading north from Highway 20 / Highway 1 intersection. (NOTE: Sign says "Seabird Inn" - that threw me the first time.)

The front desk welcome and service was so friendly. Two things stood out about this hotel; it was very clean and the employees were friendly, from the front desk to the maids.

Friendly & helpful staff at checkin and checkout. Good location, close to Noyo Harbor. Easy in and out with gas station and restaurant close by. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here twice in the last 2 months. Why pay Mendocino prices when you can get a great room here for a lot less?

"The staff was very friendly, inn was spacious and clean but the furniture was kinda old and needs replacing, bed felt broken down. Lots of spacious parking, close to main thoroughfare with a great breakfast spot and gas station nearby. "

It was conveniently located and quiet. I was happy with the accommodations, no complaints. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and the location was very convenient to all attractions.

"I picked this because of previous reviews. The staff was nice, and as others say the rooms were clean but not the most up to date. I wish they had high speed internet access."

Pool and spa were great, especially after sleeping on the terrible mattress. The mattress. Nice view and sundown over the Pacific Ocean, at least on our side of the motel. The indoor heated pool and hot tub was great. The mattress, on the other hand, was terrible. My back was sore for 4 hours the next day. Unless the mattress' are updated, I wouldn't stay there again.
