Hotel management was poor. Grounds were in poor conditions. Wild Animals were present on the property which made for a concern over this facility.

Staff very friendly and courteous, within walking distance to where we were going. No elevators. Clean and tastefully decorated. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

We had a working weekend and the staff opened the continental breakfast and hour early to accommodate the clientele. Even though the hotel was booked solid the staff was great!

The America's Best Value Inn in Fort Atkinson was a very convenient place to stay as it was right nextdoor to The Fireside Dinner Theatre where we attended on our first night there. It is always nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in a hotel room as we found in our room.The beds and bathroom facilities were quite adequate and the breakfast provided in the morning was sufficient although ther was no wafflemaker. Our only complaint is that our room was not cleaned after our first night.

The hotel was being renovated but our space was fine. I was very disapointed about the pool being closed and whirlpool not working.
