It's accessibility to Lowell Observatory. Staff was very friendly.

We went to Flagstaff for my son's graduation from college. The reservations I had at another place had been canceled due to overbooking. We just had to find a place to shower and get ready. There were no outlets in the bathroom, and where there were outlets, there was no mirror. My husband ended up holding a hand mirror for me. A once in a lifetime event and I looked like crap. There was also no pool. It was under construction. We just saw mattresses stacked up around it. There were no bugs, but the carpet was hard when you walked on it. The beds were ok, firm. The heater didn't work, so we couldn't even get any air-flow into the room without opening the door. I won't stay there again. EVER!!!!! I will way that the staff was very nice and as helpful as can be.

Nothing. I would not stay there again and I am not that picky.

"I paid in advance for room I refused to occupy, and will take up reimbursement with Visa. Went elsewhere and booked lodging. Like being in a 3rd world country. Tiny, filthy room, rude staff. I wouldn't house my dog there for a night. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere."

It was close to town. The hotel was overpriced for the poor quality. The continental breakfast included a loaf of bread in a container and coffee pot with powdered creamer.

"the people were nice, but basically no service"

Nothing. It was dirty and discusting. Awful better to sleep in the car than its rooms. We've booked non-smoking rooms, but smoke smell was all over the place.

I'm not one to complain but when it was as bas as this something has to be said. The pictures on the site do not even come close to the actual hotel. The management will not work with you when you have a problem and they are EXTREMELY RUDE. Do yourself and anyone your staying with a favor never stay here.

Affordable price and friendly staff. Pool not working.

The hotel was old and run down. The towels were like thread-bare sand paper. If you want a cheap hotel this is it.

Great restaurant across the street. It smelled a little smoky and the sheets weren't too clean. For the money it's not bad at all. Galaxy diner across the street can't be beat - convenient location in Flagstaff.

Wouln't recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything, no towels, tissue paper, dirty pillow, no cover, dirty blankets. I wish we didn't have to pay for this kind of motel, it wasn't worth it.

Not a single thing. One word describes this hotel hideous. This was my worse hotel experience in over 20 years of traveling. The staff was extremely rude, the smell in the room is indescribable, no towels and none sent when requested, the room was so dirty I slept in my clothes and only stayed the one night because I had driven 12 hours and it was well after midnight. This hotel was surrounded by better hotels and I checked into one the next morning. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a junkie!

Nothing. To prices for the cheap hotel. It look to run down and the owner is not friendly and you need to tell your customer that it extras for kids.
Date of Stay:

Nothing. It was not worth the price.

Everything, except the location. The hotel was very old, pool was out of service, could feel the springs in beds, dirty, a broken window, AC did not work right, a train wakes you up in the middle of the night.
Date of Stay:
July, 2008
Nothing. NA. Room was small for the price. Shower Curtin was moldy and no tp, asked for it and didn't get it, I would never ever stay here at this hotel ever again.

Good for Amtrak/greyhound connection. Small room. I was traveling by Amtrak with a bike. This inn is close to Amtrak station and at a reasonable price.

Close to where we needed to be. Room was cramped, could hear everything from the floor above, parking was cramped. The check in clerk was very friendly. Other than that, we would not stay at this hotel again.

Nothing a dump and told me I was extra if they cleaned the room. Everything no heat or air and the pool was broke. This was the worst place I ever stayed and the people they were worthless. They cleaned the room once when I was there and I asked about it and they said it was extra to have it cleaned.
