I did not like the location or the hotel. Did not stay. Very bad area. I did not stay at this hotel or would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Its in a very bad location in San Diego.

Checking out. Tight parking, room smelled stale, location was in the hood, security was not present, and hotel could have given us a map of area but did not. Upon arrival parking was very tight, room smelled terrible, no security, AC smelled like smoke. Very disappointed.

The check in was great. We arrived early and seeing they had a room ready they let us check in three hours early, (not many places do that). The room was very clean and was nice size, the bath room though was small. The lighting was poor, but only in bath room. I was very impressed when I saw that they were shampooing the carpets in all the rooms, I didn't think that hotels/motels did that kind of cleaming. There was a great mexican resturant half block away that we went to. The hotel is two miles fom the stadiun which was great b/c that is why we were there (to see a baseball game). If you have a family or you like large rooms, a fitness center and a pool this IS NOT the place for you. It was a location that was right off the highway and you could get to any where in minutes. Great location I thought. Not in the thick of tings and it was quiet at night. I would stay here again.

Clean, convenient. Bad neighborhood. Chicona Park area. We had no problems at this location but has as a bad neighborhood. Did see homeless on the streets but then, you saw them all over town.

Since me and my friends are all young and wanted to get a hotel near downtown so we'd be able to go out more asily, we were very satisfied for it being very close to all downtown bars and nightclubs. We did drive, but it was a fast drive. The rooms are not huge, but was very good sized to fit three of us very comfortably.

Very convenient to GasLamp District, only a 4$ cab ride away! And so cheap! The parking was a tight squeeze. Very close to the Gas Lamp District and very inexpensive for such proximity. The parking is very tight but room is available on the streets. Very clean and friendly. Definitely would go back!

Staff very helpfull. Clean which can be difficult in an older building. Stay was pleasant, hotel close to highway with easy acess, Coffee shop and grocery around the corner.

the sheets were not changed during my entire 5 night stay.Had to get cups and other items that were not replaced daily.The neighborhood was really BAD.

Nothing. Lots of noise at night people running around at 3 am, handicap parking was blocked by owners motorcycle. It was a place to sleep.

This is a no-frills economy hotel about a half a mile from the bus and trolley station near the convention center. I was simply making a business trip by myself to an expo, so I was primarily interested in an economical stay. What made this hotel valuable was the staff -- friendly, professional, helpful. The offer a continental breakfast in the modest lobby including juice, milk, coffee, pastries and muffins, and cereal. Given the level of economy, the breakfast offering was more substantial than I expected. The bathroom is a bit small as is common in an economy hotel.

Nice people nice room price great. Hard to find. The hotel was great the people were very friendly but it was a little hard to find the hotel from Downtown San Diego.

The freeway is located almost on top of the hotel and it is in a bad neighborhood with limited dining facilities.

My number ratings have said it all. The location of this hotel is described as downtown/convention center but this is not accurate. It is not in what I would consider the downtown and not within comfortable walking distance of the convention center. The area it is in is pretty sketchy.

The toilet was running for the whole time. It had a cheap hotel smell. Everyone we met said, it's a very bad neighborhood.

The fridge was useful. Mold in the bathroom leaky faucets and the exterior reeked of stale smoke. I would never stay here again. while it was not the worst stay I have ever had I would not use it again. The bath tub had mold the faucets were leaky, the bath room fan was way too loud the room felt dirty, the vending machine only had warm sodas checking out in the early morning (6:30) seemed bother the front desk since they were sleeping the only reason why I did not demand a refund or change hotels is because I prepaid the trip.
