The staff there are rude, and they dont accommodate their guest at all, its more like, 'you booked us, sucks to be you now deal with it'... He will talk back to you if you tell him somethings wrong with your room.. And all thats cool, but by far the Worst thing about it was GROSS rooms, im a light sleeper so if something keeps biting me at night i will wake up, there where bed bugs all over my pillow and on the bed... Be aware, bc when i toll my friends they slept right through it, so did the neighbors.. I collected a few and took them to the front desk and he just started to cuz me out... DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! unless you want lice and bed bugs on you..

Cockroaches, inconvenient location for dining. There were cockroaches in the room. There was no lobby! Room was not cleaned up until it was brought to the manager's attention.

We wanted a place that was close to the Staples Centre, and this was a 15 minute walk away. It was well priced but we found a Band aid in one of our beds (ewww) and the other bed had cigarette burn holes in the sheets. (tough choice between beds hey!) Be prepared for the neighborhood!

gFront desk guy Gave me attitude and poor customer service. The rooms were not clean or ready when we walked in. Cabinetry was broken, moldy showers, uprotected outlets (shock hazard for kids), bed were hard as if we sleep like them (floor). The light didn't turn on at times, the detectors were not istalled and we found it in a drawer. The neighbors were loud. They didn't respect the internet disount anch sharge us more.

Good location. close to downtown and Korea town. It's cheap. Recommendable.

The convenience of parking. Carpet needs to be cleaned more often. Is a good place to sleep for business travelers.

The hotel was really good for what you pay. Location isn't bad, right off the highway, there's a nice little mall across the street and the rooms aren't too bad their more then decent for what you're paying for. Overall nice, pleasant stay for a week.

Well- if the wireless internet was available, I would have forfeited my second night and found somewhere else. The bed, for me, was much too firm, and it was obviously used as a home for many noisy people with kids. Killed at least 6 roaches as well. For the price, I guess it's the best you can get in downtown LA, but will try another next time

First there was no hotel lobby,check-in was bad & the clerk was VERY UNFRIENDLY.When we got into the room ,there was no hot water & the water was coming out of the faucets very slow. Also the headboard of one of the beds was broken & the mirror that is suppose to be on the wall was sitting on the floor. The was no closet to hang up clothes either.Usually hotel rooms have closets.NONE IN THESE ROOMS!!! The hotel is in East Los Angeles,BAD AREA OF TOWN!!!!When the cleaning lady came in she didn't even leave extra toilet papar.Well there is no doubt that you get what yuo paid for. Also don't ask the hotel clerk about any local attractions/famous sites because the directions he gave led us to nowhere, plus like some of the other hotels that have guest maps to driving around town, nothing EXTRA WAS OFFERED TO MAKE OUR STAY ENJOYABLE.NEVER AGAIN!!!

It was close to everything that we wanted to do. Wow, it was in the ghetto, no gate, no great facilities, just not a clean place really. The location of this hotel was in the middle of the ghetto and there wasn't any safe guards for your vehicle or yourself except one lock on the door. The check-in was through a window, and also it wasn't that well light outside and the rooms were not that clean, definitely a 1-star but it was okay for one night. I wouldn't recommend the place at all. I was afraid my car was going to be broken into the whole time.

Stayed here 2 nights--if there was the advertised wireless internet access we would have forfeited our 2nd night and found someplace nicer. Killed 6 roaches. Bed rock hard. Had to pay prior to stay with ""no refunds."" Other guests (or residents) very noisy. Smoke detector/sprinkler stuffed with tissue (by previous guest maybe?) Pay a little more and go somewhere else.

Location and security. Bed was too hard. Overall this hotel was ok, need to be downtown and the security was good, but again beds need to be lot softer.

I was plesantly surprised at the quality of this motel, especially given the price. My only complaint about this place was the lack of a microwave. I liked the fact that the back of the bathtub sloped comfortably, and the beds were firm. To have a clean, firm bed was nice, IMHO. I don't think I'll look anywhere else for a place to stay, if I go to LA again. (BTW, there aren't any good grocery stores within walking distance.)

So many ants were in the room. At first, location of this hotel is very far from downtown. Second, there are so many Hispanic people who are immigrants from Mexico, and they speak only Spanish almost all sign boards are written in Spanish and small letters of English. The mood around this hotel is strange, so it might be very dangerous especially at night. Third, the convenience is terrible. You can use only one bus which does not go to famous places. On the other hand, the room is little bit wide so it is the good point.

The hotel was is a very convenient location to Wilshire. The room, while clean, was very run down. The hotel is in a poor neighborhood. Although we did not feel unsafe, I would not venture around after dark. The room was very clean, though rundown. Chair, table, and TV stand were all broken. Bed was very hard. However, we had low expectations due to the price. My husband and I were not on a leisure trip. We had to visit an embassy on Wilshire and were looking for function, which we got. It was fine for our purpose and would stay there again if we attended something at the Staples center or needed to go to Wilshire. As far as a vacation, I would go elsewhere to be more comfortable.

The bathroom was nice, if you don't count the blood splatter. It had a fridge. The beds were hard, the room smelled of urine, and we did not feel safe at all. We were up checking on our car every few minutes. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. It reminded me of a fleabag motel that charges $20 a night, or hourly. I was very disappointed and disgusted that I paid as much as I did to stay there.
