I booked a room with one king-size bed on the same day of stay. When I check-in, I was given a room with only one queen bed, which is out-of-my-expectation. When I question the stuff, he rudely told me this is the last room they have, either take it or find some other place to stay. I can't believe this.

Location to convention center. Bathroom floor was dirty and air conditioner ran so loud and for short periods room stuff and warm.

Downtown Fresno, just minutes east of the airport was an excellent choice; because it was an inexpensive hotel with a nice pool area and hardly any customers [you had the pool to yourself]. There was a complimentary breakfast [lattes, juice and roll]. There's a Subway in the hotel too, but we didn't use it. No good restaurants in Fresno though, except fast food and Mexican....plan meals at normal restautants near the national parks. Buy fruit from the farm stands and plan on buying clothes at malls there too; cheap prices and high quality.

You can tell this hotel is mainly used for business travelers. It was clean and maintained well. It was a no frills basic place to stay, which is what we wanted. The night manager was not very helpful, but he wasn't outright rude or anything. If you need a basic place to stay in Downtown Fresno. It would certainly do.

We only happened to stay at this hotel because the hotel we were supposed to stay at was overbooked and we had no place to stay at the last minute. Our room was absolutely disgusting, the walls were filthy and I didn't want to take my shoes off because the carpet seemed sticky. It looked as though the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned for several years, and of course my next discovery was the icing on the cake to a horrible trip, a gigantic booger on the wall-enough said.

We checked in late and had a little trouble finding it, as nobody answered the hotel desk phone to direct us. There was no working air in the room all night. We might have slept through the muggy discomfort if the train did not pass by EVERY hour all night long. Continental breakfast was coffee and pre-packed sweet roll and no place to sit with no place to sit and eat. When we informed the front desk about the lack of air, she just dismissed it as it probably came as no surprise to her.

The accommodations were fairly clean and comfortable with new furnishings. The heater/air conditioner was very noisy. The hotel was nice. They were putting in some new furniture all around the motel and doing some remodeling. All in all it was a nice stay except that the air conditioner was very noisy and kept us awake.

The staff was very nice and helpful ,when we needed a larger room they took care of it and we were able to move in the morning. The hotel is quiet and very clean. The pool was cleaned daily. They have coffee,juice and mocha's along with a sweet roll for breakfast. Both the morning staff and evening staff were very friendly. The room could use some repairs and the AC was very loud in the ground floor room. Overall it was worth the money and the staff are a great asset to this place

This is a nice cheap motel. It is clean and the only problem is the noise from the train during the night. Not a problem for me but for other people this may be annoying. Some 15 minutes from the malls and plazas.

Room was clean with a refrigerator. No restaurant, no bar. Clean room with a television and a refrigerator, and a shower.

I was appalled by this hotel. We didn't realize the location was right in the middle of old downtown Fresno which was completely desolate by the time we got there. Having requested a non-smoking room, I was shocked that when we opened the door and got a bit "whoosh" of cigarette smoking stench. I knew I would get used to it and be ok. Most hotels usually supply you with a full roll of toilet paper. We got there and there was about 4 layers left, which they knew about because it still was folded in the nice hotel triangle. Unimpressed. After dinner I wanted to cool a water bottle for the morning since I would be in a conference the whole next day. The fridge was plugged in but there was this nasty muck coming from below. I opened the fridge and got another whiff of foulness. Moldy refrigerator smell, which also did not work. The bed was less than par. I woke up just about every hour to the sound of the trains passing by, which do not pass quietly. They blare their horns constantly. Was not pleasant. Did not have time to wash my hair, but there was an exposed fan and wires in our shower. While in the conference, my hair reeked of cigarette smoke from our bed. It was disgusting. I would NEVER stay here. Half tempted to ask for a refund.

The room was nice and clean; floor in the bathroom was a little dirty and overused, nice shower. counterspace around the sink just outside the bathroom was a little small for two people to use at the same time. nice room just outside the pool, too bad we got there after 9pm. pool hours are only from 11am to 9 pm. Overall nice place to stay, quiet neighborhood;

No parking problems. Sheets had holes. The hotel was worth the price. It is clean and has a pool. There were no noise problems. It is not fancy at all, but if you just need a place to sleep then it works.

Very clean, quiet place to stay. Bed was comfortable, nice size room for the price. Pool is large, with places to lounge about. Beautiful fountain with tables & places to sit. Subway restaurant on site. Walking distance to convention center. Value was equal to or better than much higher priced hotels we have stayed in Fresno. easy access to the freeway and convention center. No smell of smoke anywhere in the non-smoking room. I am highly allergic to smoke and have encountered problems elsewhere, but not here. Would definitely stay here again. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff was rude and property was not clean at all. My bathroom tub has some black marks on it. It was very dirty. I will not recommend this.

Clean with a nice little court yard. Good for business travel. No internet. Clean rooms and cozy court yard with a pool. Close to the Fairgrounds and convention center. Good for business travel. Wonderful rates. I will be back.

One of hotels I have stayed in for a while, it has a very good rate, very great service, the houskeeping was so clean, they had a great subway restaruant food was fresh. i reccomend this hotel to anybody that is going to stay in fresno, california.

The room was dark unless the drapes were opened, but then there were people walking back and forthright outside, so the drapes stayed closed. I was very happy to have a refrigerator in the room, but it did not chill very well. The Hotel Staff seemed to be disinterested in everything, but they were not hostile. For personal reasons, I enjoyed my stay there very, very, very much.

Fair price, large room, plenty of hot water for the shower. Room had a pet smell to it. Fair value for price. Older facility but clean and well maintained. Located on the edge of down town. I did not feel at risk staying at the hotel, but I would not walk around the block after dark.
