The Americas Best Value Inn was very hard to locate at night. Allmost everyone we ask for directions would literally ask for monie's. When we did find our way, we had no problem checking in. After we settled in our room we found no Microwave, Fridge, Iron, or Ironing Board. Also the bathroom door would not close and floor was very dirty as my wife's feet were very dirty when she took a shower.

Close to Love Field airport. Plenty of restaurants around to pick from. My first and second room was not clean. First room mildew on the shower curtains. Second room cigarette holes in spread. Very good location. I would stay again. Staff was very friendly.

My wife stayed here for one night. Although it was located on what appeared to be a 'Hotel Row' it was probably on the low end. She found 3 cockroaches, the remote control for the television was not functioning and when she went to bathe she had to use a washcloth to plug the tub. This was her first overnight stay in the Dallas area and since she will be in need of a hotel room 2-3X weekly we will definitely be in search of better facilities.

It was close to Texas Stadium and really cheap. Not the best area, we heard gunshots in the night. We were going to a Cowboys game and this hotel was really close to the stadium and cheap so we could afford the luxury of avoiding traffic. However, this is not the nicest part of town and we heard gunshots in the nighttime. The bathroom was not clean, but the toilet was usable and theTV worked so it was good enough. If you are like us and this hotel is convenient location, then its bearable, but this is not a family place and not somewhere I would want to stay for more than one night.

I was only on a short stay and it was with a package deal. I thought even though they were still modifying the rooms, that my stay was quite pleasant. Friendly staff,clean rooms,aircon worked was worried about fridge but it kept my drinks cold & micro wave heated my food fine. For the price you pay it is a great, quiet, relaxing place to stay. I mean you only sleep at night in the room during the day you are out and about doing the tourist thing right. All in all I was happy, I would stay again if I ever had to come to Dallas again. Good location to businesses, restaurants and shopping. Overall stay was good, loved having a refridgerator, did not have coffee maker in rooms, .also no breakfast

The beds were comfortable and the area was convenient. The fridge didn't work and we had trouble with the shower the first night. It was nice.
