Absolutely nothing. Roaches, dirty carpets, bedding smelled like sweat. This is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The building should have been condemned a long time ago. There were broken out windows in some rooms, the carpets were filthy, the bed and bedding smelled like sweat as well as the towels. There were cockroaches crawling all over the vanity area and bathroom.

The lights by the beds didn't work, the micro didn't even get warm on a high setting,and there was a one inch gap @ bottom of entrance door.

Deadbolt on door not in working order. Room was not the cleanest we have been in. It was more dirty than clean---at least the bed linens appeared to be clean. Paint was peeling off walls. Cigarette burns all over tub. Lights over headboard of be did not work. TV worked.Continental breakfast consisted of miniature chocloate frosted doughnets, coffee, and fake juice---we opted to eat elsewhere. We recommend not staying here! Go elsewhere!

owner change prices, not just us but other guests there for 127 yard sale. price was to be and changed it to . mattress were around pool and junk was everywhere. complained to america best value inn corparate office, chamber of commerence, and better business bureau. don't stay here .

Advertised as newly renovated, not! Room had been painted. Door was not secure, anyone could have shoved it open, not deadbolt lock! Carpet was dirty. Bathroom was gross! Mold or something was growing in the corner of shower, something was growing in the corner of the tub. Toilet was low enough for a 2year old. Advertised as having a microwave and frig, had neither. Did not even have an alarm clock. Outside was dirty and the pool was covered so no one could see it., while the lot was being used for storing junk. Not worth the * plus tax we paid to stay. Warning, do not stay here!!!
