Nothing! Old motel, dirty rugs, no towels, hairdryer, coffee, frig that hummed, ants, continental breakfast bad. This is the worst motel ever stayed in. Grimmy old carpets, one towel for 2 people, no hairdryer, fridge that has to be unplugged so we could sleep because it hummed. Ants crawling on the nightstand. I could not believe how old and run down the place was.

Nice big room, clean, access to hot tub and sauna area. Rooms were remodeled, but not enough. Breakfast could be larger. The room was large and clean, plenty of room for my boys to run around and go crazy. There was a nice hot tub and sauna room in the center of the parking lot. The TV remote buttons did not work without pressing hard. The room was remodeled but still needed a lot of dry-wall work, counters replaced, etc. No tub but nice shower.

Helpful employees. The TV next door was on at 4:30 in the morning - loud. A lot nicer than I expected. Comfortable. Convenient.

My husband had to have surgery in Crescent City and we just wanted a comfortable room for 2 nights (one for both of us and one for me while he was in the hospital). When we checked in the room smelled a little unpleasant, but it's an older place so we thought we could overlook that. But the bedding felt a little unclean, not the sheets, but the bed spreads so we took those off. The floor definately felt like it needed a good cleaning. The bathroom was tiny with the smallest tub we'd ever seen and it could have used a little more cleaning too. Nothing was filthy, just not clean. The part that really bothered us was that the door looked like it had been broken into, but my husband said it was probably the police breaking in to get somene out. But around 9:30 that evening and the following evening our neighbors came home...they seemed to live there...and they had a lot of children who ran around screaming, then a couple of guys started yelling and dropping the "F" bomb every few seconds. It sounded like they were mad at someone in the hotel office. Each night it would take about an hour or so for things to settle down, then about another hour or two for it to get quiet. It was scary for me the night I had to stay there by myself because the guys got to fighting and I wasn't sure what was going to happen because they were banging on the walls and yelling and cursing. So the next morning I checked out early and got a room down the road at the Anchor Beach Inn. It cost a little more money but was well woth it.

Location if wanting an overnight. Old, run down, too expensive for the type of hotel. The motel was very old.

Room smelled of mold, bathroom/shower visible mold. Bed linens did not feel clean, I napped on top of the bed & left at 3 AM. Highway noise was so bad I couldn't sleep & room smelled terrible even with windows open. This facility should not even be on your list as an option!

Location was assumed! Free breakfast even better! NA. This is a very cozy hotel to stay in. It is very clean and has more than enough space for two people. Big closet and decent size restroom. The beds are beyond comfortable! I will stay at the same hotel when visiting Crescent City again!

"Dog excrement all throughout the grounds; mold in shower; greasy carpet (from never being shampooed);broken light fixtures; bathroom window lock was broken; front desk staff were surly, and then the Best Value Corp headquarters was utterly unresponsive when we wrote a letter."

Staff was very friendly. Noisy, could hear people in the next room. I would go back again, it met our needs, traveling with children and it fit within our limited budget. Although the neighbors did wake me up. A little too noisy, but for the price that was to be expected.

The entire room was absolutely filthy and disgusting, from the stained carpet to the towel bars in the bathroom which were actually "sticky" with layers of film and dirt and had towels hanging on them! Guests in other rooms were sitting outside in lawn chairs drunk and yelling and management allowed it to continue. The chairs were so old and lumpy you couldn't even sit in them...worst stay ever!!! Anywhere!!! What a total waste of way too much money!!! Only stayed the second night because of no other vacancies in the entire city. BAD!!!

It was clean and if I purchased direct from hotel. Price would have been great Your pricing. I loved the hotel and I will stay there again. I thought you would have saved me money. I will never use your service again!

"Was EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with this garbage motel. Asked for a wake up call, did not get it. Man in room next door lived there and was TOO LOUD! Room was DIRTY! Front desk personnel EXTREMELY RUDE & UNGRACIOUS. Motel needs a complete makeover. Shower was disgusting as was the entire bathroom. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN & WILL TELL EVERYONE I CAN NOT TO STAY AT THIS FILTHY EXCUSE FOR LODGING! The sign out front should read WORST VALUE INN!!"

It was right off the highway. The price of the hotel was high in comparison to the look of the hotel. The continental breakfast was very slim in what they offered. They.

I was pleased with the serice I had received from the Front Desk personnel.

The price. Noisy and a bit warm even for may. The price was right and it included a fridge and microwave that wasn't listed. The two issues were that it was quite noisy, (but I bet earplugs would have helped) and it was pretty stiflingly warm (we stayed the first weekend in may-I would not recommend this place in summer!). Overall, I would stay there again because the price was good, room was large (we had 3 kids with us) and the reception staff nice (the breakfast wasn't too bad, either.).
