Breakfast was excellent much better than Super Eights. Neighbors were noisy... but management called the police because they thought they were thieving. Room seemed clean but not the newest.

Newly renovated and very nice bath/shower area. Mini-frig would have been nice. We were expecting a lot less. This was the best hotel. We were very pleased!

staff was very kind and helpful. Country Kitchen Resturant was next door. Rooms were small but the value was great. The bed was the best I ever slept in.

The room was clean, the air conditioner was cold and the location was good. The breakfast was good, comparable to higher priced motels. I would stay here again.

Was easy to find. Was being renovated. Ok for a cheap hotel. No pillows in the room, had to get some from the front desk clerk. The staff was nice.

Mold in room. Air conditioner filter hanging out, desperately in need of cleaning or replacement. Floor crumbling under carpet. Window cracked. Exterior is messy with no maintenance. Loud party 3 doors down. Lowlifes pounding on our door and window at 2:00AM, trying to force their way into our room. Never, never, never stay here. Our worst hotel experience ever!

The motel was what I would describe as fair. I stayed there only because most other places were booked because of a tractor convention in town at that time. The bad thing that happened to me was when I was taking a shower, the cold water turned off all by itself. I had this very hot water spraying on me. Of course, I immediately turned it off and adjusted the water more to the cool side. Then, it happened a second time...the cold water went off and I had very hot water spraying me again. I had just lathered up my hair so I had to get the shampoo out. I was very scared to turn the water on again. I adjusted the water a second time and quickly rinsed my hair and got out of the shower. I complained to the office staff about what happened. They were very nice and made notes of it. I told them if that had been a young child that got sprayed with hot water the whole motel would have heard the scream. Also, I told them that someone else might file a suit against them. I did not plan to do that--there is too much of that stuff going on anyway. I checked the upper part of my shoulders and the skin hadn't turned red so I figured that I was ok. They did move me to a different room for the second night and I didn't have problem there.

Help was very nice, but could only so much. Room was bad, no internet in room, mirror fell on floor and broken.

Roach infested, stained sheets, mold in the bathroom. Lowlifes banging on the door at 4:00AM in the morning. Had to leave after one night. Do not stay here!!!

Americas Best Value Inn in Columbia MO. After driving around for 45 minutes, asking directions twice, noone knrw where it was, we finally located it. After viewing it from the inside and inside we refused to stay there with 3 children. It was the only motel in Columbia with rooms as there was a convention in town. Now we know why it was almost empty.

Check-in was fast. Staff was friendly. Not overly clean. Fine to stay at if you’re looking for a place to sleep and go.

Not a god place to stay. Used by construction and contractors who use their parking lot to stoore their trucks and equipment. Very noisy when they come home in the evening and EARLY in the morning when the leave for the day. Room was reasonabley clean, but musty odor. Bathroom was unacceptable--mold on the ceiling, and peeling paint. One positive was the pleasant staff. Still not a hotel to recommend.

The America's Best Value Inn in Columbia,MO suited the needs of my husband and I just fine. We were in town for just the night, but the amenities the hotel offered was just enough. The fridge in the room serve us well, as we had things to be kept cold since we were traveling. Although an older hotel, the upkeep in the room was good, the bathroom floor and shower were kept very clean, and the room was odor-free. The hotel advertised as having free internet, but the signal in the room very poor. We were told at check-in that using the internet in the looby was best, which doesn't make it convienent if you'd like to stay in the room. The location was perfect, only 2 miles from the university. Overall, the stay was comfortable and fit our needs.

Good location and the cost was low so, my expectation was not high to start out. Items were broken; towel rack and the room had an odor. The people working there were friendly and the room was clean. However, the room smelled, towel rack was broken and the towel had no seat cover.

The toilet in our room was broken and ran all night, and the parking was so tight in the section we were in, we had to back out of the whole section -- lucky we didn't have any vehicle damage. We moved to a different hotel after 1 night.

The hotel was clean. The room was smelly. It appeared to be clean, but the room was very smelly. The breakfast was good, many choices.

Bed was comfortable. No hot water. Would have been fine if there was hot water in the room. Had to go somewhere else the next night because of that problem.

The double beds were nice. The area of the hotel was not safe.
