Americas Best Value Inn, Saint Cloud, Minnesota was a good overnight place to stay. Although they did not have continental breakfast it was close to several good places to eat. The hotel itself was clean, the staff friendly and helpful. For the money it was a good value, I would stay there again.

Near dining areas. Close to family gathering. Key didn't work - staff opened the door - room smelled. Switched rooms. 2nd room - carpet was filthy. No information available on church services in area. No instructions for channels on TV except HBO. Put bedspread on floor to walk on because carpet was so dirty. Very good places to dine near hotel. Good water pressure in shower. Bedding was clean.

America Best Value Inn was very clean. I liked having an microwave and refrigerator in the room. The pool area is lovely. The only bad thing about this motel is that the matresses and box springs are getting worn out so the bed is not comfortable to sleep in.

The Americas Best Value Inn was everything I would look for in a motel while traveling. It was reasonably priced, easy exit off and on the interstate. The rooms were lean and comfortable, with cable TV. There was a very nice pool and hot tub, which I took advantage of. There was also an attached lounge. The people operating the motel were curtious and obliging when asked for extra towels to use by the pool. There was also a very good resturant across the street.
