Chickasha hotel was a disappointment. Bathtub had cigarette burns; mattress springs poked out in several spots.

Very friendly receptionist. Crowded room and noisy refrigerator. Pro-friendly receptionist. Cons-door did not latch by itself (deadbolt had to be thrown), writing desk with no chair, small room was crowded with queen bed, large TV console, stuffed chair (could not get in front of desk due to bed), refrigerator and microwave pushed next to end of bed. The refrigerator was noisy enough to disturb my sleep all night.

I stayed here around last year for a business trip and the hotel was in very bad shape (roaches, airconditioning), and much much more and I was driving by this year again and was just gonna drive by that place but saw that they are under the best value inn and suites franchise and the entire property looked repainted, clean, and looked very nice. I decided to give it a shot and found out through the manager that the hotel has been completely remodeled and is under new management. I decided to check out a room just before renting it and saw that they have done an excellent job and even though the rooms are not very spacious, they are very very good for the price. Plus you cant beat free breakfast and their NEW FITNESS CENTER!

I had to go to Chickasha for some business in town and decided to take my family with me. We decided to stay at the ABVI for a week and were very pleased with the low price and very decent quality rooms. The hotel has just been remodelled and for a good price,this place might not be the best in town, but its definitely the best bang for the buck.

The heat couldn't be regulated, no one cleaned, no tissues, there was a 1/2 inch crack around the door you could see outside. It needs a lot of work, updates, better customer service.

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed with the renovation and new management at the hotel. Although its definitely not the best in town, but its amenities (pool, fitness center, free breakfast, laundry services) equal the other hotels in which ive resided before and its definitely the cheapest price for the best quality. A++

Clean Hotel. Very Good Rate. Staff was very very Good. They Have improved a lot in last one year. Nice Gym. Would like to go again.

The room was full of roaches and the air conditioning didn't work. I was not good AT ALL.
