We saved money on our hotel room so we could have enough money to do other things in Charleston like touring and going out to eat. For $50 per night, I guess it wasn't too terribly bad. We did have everything we needed: a bed, bathroom, a tv, and a fridge. The housekeeping could use a little harder work. We had to call for towels twice because they didn't leave any clean ones and the bed was never made all the way. Other than that, it was an okay stay. I must say that the staff of the hotel was VERY nice!!, but if you want to be very well taken care of, I would spend the extra $20 a night and go somewhere else. On the other hand, if you are trying to save money like we did, it is suitable.

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed. The room smelled like mildew, paint was coming off the walls and door, and there was mold in the bath tub. I switch rooms hoping it would be better, nope, same thing. I tried another room, same thing. So we asked for our money back and just checked out the same day. Horrible experience, horrible!

Hotel was clean. They did have a pool and continental breakfast. Rooms smelled a little musty??? Price was great. A little noisy since it is right beside the highway. Overall good. Would suggest it to others if price were a factor.

from the reviews I read I was hesitant to stay here, but once I arrived I relized that the place must have been renovated. Everyone was friendly and the room was fine.

This hotel was not renovated as stated in the pictures online. It was ragged, smelled, linenes were not up to par, there was no pool as shown on the orbitz web site. No continental breakfast complete false advertising that should be against the law.

The neiborhood put me off at first but I have stayed *anight places where the neiborhood was worse. The clerk was very helpful with directions, the room was nice and clean as well as cool...it was a very good experience for my husband and myself.

The staff was great. I needed to check in early and drop some things off as I was on a set time schedule. The hotel was able to accomodate my needs and get me in 2 hours before the normal check in time. The room was pretty clean and the shower was great. The room did not have an alarm clock and the TV was old and did not provide a great reception. Overall the room was sufficient for a single night, but probably not where I would stay for a family vacation.

We did not have a good stay. I guess the old saying you get what you pay for applies here. 1. given the wrong room 2. Room had flies in it. 3. Floors dirty. 4. Light in dressing area didn't work. 5. Showerhead hanging out of wall 6. Toilet would not flush properly and managment insisted on teaching me the ""tricks"" of flushing it such as more than once and holding the handle. I can stay at home for plumbing problems. 7. Pool was cloudy. 8. Trash at pool area. 9. neighbor not one you could take an afternoon or evening walk in. I will not be returning. Thanks.

One of the most pathetic choice which you will regret if you stay there..

We were trying to go cheap and were sorely disappointed. The towels were stained and thin, the bedspread had holes in it, and it just felt dirty. The bathroom vanity light stopped working and then randomly turned on in the middle of the night. There was a spot for a smoke detector but no smoke detector, and there was no alarm clock! The neighborhood also isn't very inviting.

My trip was wonderful. My experience using your website and trusting that it was a reputable site wasn't.The pictures posted on the site looked nothing like the actual rooms at this location. I was taken advantage of and felt as if Orbitz had been a willing particpant of "FRUAD".

The drive to the Beach was very convient. The Hotel Staff was horrible. The front desk was putting customers in the wrong rooms and the checkin took an hour. The iron was leaking water, air conditioner did have problems working, the rooms were dirty. Other than that Charleston is a wonderful place to enjoy.

The staff were good. The service was good. The hotel is value for the money I paid. It cant say its too good because I didnt pay much for it. But certainly valuable for 50 - 60. Continental break fast was good as well. Location was the only think I was a little worried. Rooms are ok. I would rate 7/10. WORTH for the MONEY

We visited during Bridge Run week, and there was nothing else available. The desk clerk would check the scant breakfast area and would not restock items. Heavy noise from I-20. Mostly weekly workers with lots of mud on their boots which is tracked everywhere. They beat the boots together in the morning after the mud has dried to crack it off and wake everyone up. No movie channels, no kleenex, 2 towels, and curtains that don't quite close.

Well the TV only worked when it wanted too. The channels were fuzzy. The towels and wash cloths had stains on them and they didn't have enough wash cloths for each room.
