I arrived at my room and my door was open and all my pillows, towels, and toilet paper was gone! I paid a higher rate on this website and they quoted $15 less at the desk and the man said you prepaid there is nothing i can do!

The hotel staff was very friendly and allowed half an hour early check in. The place was ascetically very unappealing.

When I turned out the lites, the roaches came out! The next day, I complained to the manager, and he did not seem to care.

The Americas Best Value Inn in Carson City, Nv. was not only comfortable, but had the things in it that we needed to make us feel like we were at home. There was an icebox, coffee maker, and microwave. We really enjoyed our stay there. When we returned to our room for the night it was clean and the bed was made. It was in a perfect location to where we were visiting and very easy to find.

The lady in the office was very helpful and nice. Not clean. I would not wish to stay there again.

After checking in, noticed a big hole in the ceiling stuffed with a WAD OF TOILET PAPER. Called the front desk, moved to a new room. I woke up at 5, the AC was dead and I didn?t want to wake my friend again to move, so I opened the window and didn?t sleep. Later, I spoke with the manager, he didn?t care one bit, he said ?We already exchanged your room."" He wouldn?t consider a partial refund, said he didn?t have the authority, and he was very rude. I left. Very bad smell there as well.

When we arrived the man at the desk was very nice and professional. The air conditioner in our room didn't work. The man at the desk gave a new and larger room. However, the room had to have been one that was used for pets. It smelled of urine soooooo bad. We had to buy fabreze and keep spraying it the length of our stay. The carpeted floor trimms had white dog hairs sticking out of them and we found bugs crawling on us several times. This was very upsetting to find a bug on my 7 year old grandaughter while she was sleeping. I want you to understand the staff at this hotel were very pleasant and were trying to make our stay a nice one, but they seemed to be opperating on a shoe string. We choose this hotel so we would have a pool and the 1st day the pool was so covered with dead bugs and debrea that we were not comfortable using it.

The Price and availablity. The heat didn't work well the first night but the staff was very helpful and got me a room with good heat the next night.

Good location, Room smelled like mildew the whole time I was there and the heater was quite noisy but it was okay Had to ask for a hairdryer as they are not provided

Proximity for business and restaurants and sightseeing. Pool locked, jacuzzi in disrepair (unable to utilize), continental breakfast (Not really). The overall stay expectations were not met. The staff was friendly and amicable. The beds were just fine. Microwave and refrigerator were useful. Unable to accommodate my disabled companion. Very quiet at night.

It was close to Lake Tahoe and surrounding cities and dining. The furniture needed to be thrown out and broken and pieced together.

The only problem that I had was the fact that my room #221 was next to the laundry. My whole room shook when the dryer was on spin. It felt like an earthquake. The motel made no attempt to rectify the situation.

Location. Bath tub had no stopper; room service had to be requested for each day there.

Price. Kind of dated/old school motel.

The pool was clean and close to the rooms. The room was clean and the bed was the best of the three motels that we stayed at. The staff was very helpful. For the price I would recommend this room over other 3 1/2 star motels.

The maids did a pretty good job. Everything old and shabby, appliances came from the Goodwill. would only stay again as an absolute last resort.

We enjoyed the swimming pool. It was better than it looked when we arrived. The outside could use some freshening up, but the rooms were clean and ok.
