The View was amazing. The wait for the elevators too long and the parking prices were ridiculous. I was very disappointed in your service. I ended up paying for 2 hotel rooms, because since I requested a certain hotel, I never noticed that the hotel your company set me up with was not the one I requested. The best value hotel is not near as nice as the best western in Buda Texas.
