It was convenient. Maintenance issues need to be taken care of.

It was a roof over our heads. There was red sand in the bath tub and on the towels. We requested fresh towels which never arrived. They promised fresh towels when the housekeeping staff arrive. I guess they didn't make it before check out time. The milk in the free breakfast area curdled when I put it in the coffee. I was not impressed.
