Cost. Condition of paint and doors floor.

Stinky room, corroded faucets, crack in commode lid, dirty water in tub, soiled bed linens, wouldn't even have stayed, but was nonrefundable--slept fully clothed, hard, thin towels--spend the extra $- and stay somewhere much nicer

No place for a family. Better to sleep in your car.

The price. The continental breakfast was a joke. Cheap, tired, run down. Great place for a college keg party, but that's about it. Continental breakfast was almost degrading / insulting.

Do not stay here, terrible place. Slept in our clothes and keep luggage in the car, afraid we'd bring home bugs. Only place we could get a room, because of BGU graduation. Still having bad thoughts about the place a year later. Do yourself a favor and keep driving even if it means sleeping in your car.

My children and I checked in while visiting a friend in Bowling Green. It was horrible. The room smelled of urine, there were dead bugs on floor near floorboards..the bathroom was dirty. The worst part was the deadbolt locks not work and the outside door didn't lock either. This is the worst hotel I've ever been in, and mgmt wouldn't give anykind of refund for our inconvience. Poor customer service.

Nothing. The hotel beds were infested with bedbugs, needless to say we did not sleep. The hotel was very unclean, beds infested with bedbugs, continental breakfast consisted of a donut and a cup of coffee. I will never stay at this hotel again. I was very unhappy with my whole experience!

This hotel was the worst we had ever been to before. Really bad smell, dirty, bugs, it was just nasty. Customer service was the worst.

It was cheap. The owners are not friendly. The people were not friendly at all, I would not stay again!

Dirty rooms, stained linens, stained pillows and mattress. Who knows what on walls. Dead bugs lining baseboards. Budget is one thing but you do not have to be filthy. We checked out without a refund, found another room so we paid more than double. The experience was horrifying.

I did not like any thing about the hotel. The hotel was poorly cleaned, smelled badly, and the carpet in the room was so nasty that the thought of walking on it just made my skin crawl. The room we stayed at smelled, the carpet was dirty, one could only hope that the sheets on the beds were clean. We had asked for a crib for our baby and instead we were offered a dirty nasty raggedy pally pen. We have had better experiences at Super 8 Motel. We kind of just reminded ourselves that we were there for only a few days. The owners of this establishment might as well as rent the rooms by the hour, quite frankly a bordello would have been more accommodating.

The hotel staff was very kind. No Internet hookups. Very clean. Hotel staff very helpful.

"No ice machine. Doors were paper thin. Could here everything going on in the rooms. TV had no remote, but the TV was a remote tv. Desk clerk didn't speak english. I will never stay there again."

The location. The staff was very rude, inappropriate phone calls made to my room by someone sounding like the staff. I did not enjoy my stay the staff was very rude I got very inappropriate phone calls in my room, so I called the front desk and it sounded just like the inappropriate caller...... I will never recommend someone to stay there it was a ripe off that I should not of had to pay for.... I was not able to get any sleep, every hotel front desk has an entry key to every room that is why there are locks on the doors........but not on this one... after the phone calls I was to scared to sleep due to our room not having a lock and the front desk having a key.. because of the voices sounding just alike....

"You get what you pay for. Zero availability of surrounding hotels was the reason for my stay. Carpet throughout dirty & stained, no amenities, no hairdryer, dirty & stained washcloths and towels, dirty, no extra flat pancake pillows, scratched linoleum in bathroom. Staff incompetent - was told could only check out early by calling 1 800 #, called & was told that should have been taken care of at the desk."
