The price. Next to the freeway. The maid threw out my prescription, but left soda cups from a fast food restaurant and the soap wrapper.

The price and location near to where I needed to be. The bathroom was awful.

Convenient location to freeway exit/on ramp. Located in a bad neighborhood. Inexpensive hotel with basic conveniences. Staff was friendly and room clean. Not in a very good neighborhood; heard quite a few sirens at night. Also located near train tracks so we listened to the train's horn all night.

The staff/owner was very good. Ants in the upstairs rooms. Freeway noise.

The room was larger than expected and very clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. An excellent value for economy lodging. Well located, clean, well managed, close to food and shops. At two thirds the cost, I was amazed that the quality was above that of nearby lodging my family has used in the past.
