No where to eat in the hotel, Location was great for our visit. Near 95 and route 40. Quiet area.

The staff was nice & the location was very convenient. The heat was broken in the room. The hotel was very easy to find and the staff was helpful with directions to get into downtown Baltimore. The heat was broken in the room though so we had an uncomfortable stay. When we brought it to their attention they weren't too concerned and did not offer to do anything for us. Other than that, the rest of the hotel was good and the continental breakfast was nice.

The area was in an older part of town but was very quiet. Parking lot is well lit. Room had ample space and a large area to hang clothes. The only negatives were the pillows and sometime we had trouble getting the key to work. The staff was nice and did everything to make our stay a good experience.

The room was clean. It was in a very unsafe neighborhood. Good for the price, but not safe area of town.

America's Best Inn Baltimore was a great value. The neighborhood was not the greatest as supported by the front desk being surrounded by security glass much like a bank, but the lobby was very well maintained and up scale and security was great. The entire hotel was very clean and well cared for considering it was obviously a very old building which was partially renovated. The rooms were very large and modern with a clean well equipped bathroom. The rooms had hair dryers, ironing boards and irons. My only critism with the rooms were that there were some water stains on the ceiling and the mattress was somewhat worn and the pillows were flat as pancakes. However, as a person who spends many nights on the road for business, when on a budget, you could not beat the overall value.

It was a very reasonable price for the distance from inner harbor. It seemed in a bit of disrepair. There were some missing and broken tiles as well as lamps that did not work. It suited our needs rather nicely. It was a comfortable distance from the Inner harbor which was our original reason for coming. There were a few things that were in disrepair like lamps that did not work and bathroom tiles that were cracked or missing. The cleaning staff was very nice to us and spoke to us as friends instead of hotel guests. Overall I will most likely some back next year for our annual trip to the Inner Harbor of Baltimore.

America's Best Inn, Baltimore, MD was everything it said it was. A 'liitle long in tooth'/ past its prime, but is was very comfortable & as clean as it could be. The staff was VERY profeesional & courteous ( I wish I could say the samae of my fellow guests ). Close to 4 major highways and away from the inner harbour & its traffic, made easy access in, out and around. All in all, I feel I got my monies worth.

Very clean and not far from downtown area. I found a few little black beetles in my bed the last night. Much more than I expected. Very nice lobby, friendly service. Didn't have a chance to eat the continental breakfast because we slept in too late, but I'm sure it would have been good. Only 10-15 minutes from the downtown area, and also many places to eat very close to the hotel as well as gas and other necessities. I will most likely stay there again next year.

my experience with this hotel was somewhat satisfying. the location was a little far out of the way. one hotel staff member was not freindly at all. this was a person on the clean up staff. overall the rooms were spacious and it was clean. i still can't complain about the price.

It was easy t find and close to every place we went. That the bathroom was not clean no clean towels. I really did not like it.

I recently stayed in America's Best Inn Baltimore while vacationing out of state. The initial check in went smoothly, but things went downhill from there. The hotel was located in a run down and unsafe part of the city. The hot water knob in the shower was broken and a large pool of water would collect each time I used it. Staff was notified of the problem but nothing was done to fix it. I would not stay in this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Great location, close to Highway, clean, easy to find. Friendly stuff. Free breakfast. Great value.

I stayed in room 519. The room was very clean and neat. The color on the TV was not good. The TV appeared to be over 20 years old and the picture tube was failing. In addition, there seemed to be someting wrong with the cable. The picture was fuzzy. Other than the problems with the TV, the stay was very pleasant. I would use this hotel again and recommend it to others.
