My wife & I checked in to the hotel and everything appeared to be o.k. but we were in a rush to go to an engagement so we left shortly after checking in. Upon our return to the hotel late that evening, my wife pulled the sheets back and there was a large pile on the sheets of what appeared to be cookie crumbs, obviously, the sheets were not checked or changed from the previous guest. My wife called the desk person, who quickly stated We do not have another room to move you into, I'll bring up sheets after a long tiring day, my wife had to change the sheets, nothing was even mentioned to us at checkout. I will never again stay at Americas Best Value Inn, Austinburg, Ohio

Clean hotel. Out dated no extras swimming pool, elevator etc.

Friendly service, easy access to expressway. No problems. A good money saver and is in safe, well lit area.

The room was spacious and the staff was friendly Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Needed to wash pillows when we came home.

Nothing. It was smoke ridden in every hallway and dirty. The experience was very poor. While staff is friendly and courteous, the building itself reeked with smoke, was poorly lit, even in the rooms the bed stand light was of poor luminosity to see to read. I will not stay here again, no matter how price conscious it was. The morning coffee was very poor in taste and texture as was the remainder of the continental breakfast's choices. Food was uninviting and of poor in quality. Fresh would not describe its flavor or the poor choices available. Not a pleasant experience, if this is the best value for America, there is a problem. I would not recommend this experience again. I should have spent another 20 bucks and been able to wake up in the morning without a sore throat or sore back (very poor mattress, too).
