This hotel was in very bad condition. There was mold in the bathrooms and the carpet was wet. The pool was had dirty green water with sludge all over the top and was disgusting. The room was really in bad condition. Dirty and old and the air conditioner was not working properly. They did move us when we complained but the room wasn't in much better shape. In the many years of travel and staying in hotels around the world, this was probably the worse for the money. We would never stay in this hotel again.

Their location is easy to find. The front desk was friendly. The accommodations, however, were not as good as expected. The heat/air blows directly into the drapery and window making it extremely hard to get the room to a comfortable temperature. The bathroom was small and the shower curtain hadn't been cleaned recently. For anyone seeking a completely smoke free environment, this is not the place to stay. The lobby reeks of smoke because of the bar inside the lobby.

This property is beautiful. The setting around the pool is very relaxing. The rooms on the upper floor have high vaulted ceilings. Rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable. Microwave, Fridge, ironing board and more are included. Book directly on the Best Western site for best prices.

The room we had we shared with bugs in bed and out. The place where the mattress sit on was totally dirty and didn't look like it had been cleaned in months. I would not recommend this place to anyone that I know. When it was under different management several years ago it was cleaner and not as bad. The hotel has gone down over the years it seems. The hotel is in a great location but needs a whole lot of improvement. Probably remodeling.

Excellent value for the money......However, do wish the hotel would have ENFORCED their swimming pool rules......Pool was suppose to be closed at 10 PM........kids running around making extremely loud noise to at least 1:00 AM.....this was the only problem we had with our stay

It was located close to everything and where I needed to be. The roaches in the hallways. A nice place if you only want to sleep and aren't afraid of the bugs.

The covenience to Camp ground. No clean towels, no clean room, air conditioner was loud and noisy. Need to upgrade your rooms and make them cleaner and the people friendly.

The hotel clerk would not give us a receipt. What was once a very nice hotel is now very run down and in need of repair. The grounds were very unkept. It had rotting wood and needed painting. The towels were so thin you need two to get dry. Both sheets on the bed were flats so the minute you got in bed it became unmade. The pillow cases were for a standard bed and the bed was king so part of the pillow was sticking out of the case. The breakfast area had cloth table coverings that were never changed during the breakfast period, so they were dirty. The breakfast was regular coffee, juice, 2 kinds of cereal, bananas and bread.

Service, AC unit was repaired within 30 minutes. Dirt and trash everywhere. Stained sheets and many missing light bulbs. It looked like they was remodeling the hotel and renting it out at the same time to pay for repairs. Thing like sheet rock dust and paper in corners, room number on the door was in pen, the bathroom sink had cracks all over in.

It was open at midnight when I arrived late. The place was run down, and poorly maintained. We got a smelly room which was not a non-smoking room, and we got moved to another room with queen-sized bed. Not as nice, not well-maintained, with rotting wood in the bathrooms. Not good.

Nothing. Musky smell, dirty rooms, murky pool. The 1st room was dirty, the next the bathroom smelled, they had to come re-clean. Even the lobby smelt musky. There were beer bottles on the lawn the next day. It said newly remodeled what they meant was we threw on some paint. The furniture was old and worn. If we could have I definitely would have went somewhere else! I will never stay there again, and would encourage others to not stay there.
