This facility might have been new in the '50s or early '60s. It was fairly clean, the room was large, the bed was OK, the furniture was adequate, the housekeeping was adequate. The towels where threadbare. The shampoo had been used previously, and the bottle was about half full. The bathroom door did not shut completely. The toilet was commercial and institutional (circa the '60s.) Everthing was just OLD and well-used.

Nothing. No phones in rooms & musty smell & air conditioner wasn't working properly. Low class motel, not worth the price. Motel 6 has better motels for a better price. I wouldn't recommend this Motel to anyone.

room was quoted at 56 + 8 for rollaway. Was charged 76 + 8 for rollaway. Asked the attendant about the difference. Asked who I spoke to, told him I could not understand the name. Gave him the day and time that I spoke to this person. Was told he had no idea who was working tht day. Spoke to a person later that evening, same response. Spoke to a person at checkout, same response. I reserved the room for two nights. On arrival back the first night, the key would not work. Went to office and was told needed to pay for second night. questioned why we would leave lugggage in room if only on night.Attendant at desk less than helpfull.When we arrived I asked the attendant if we could get a rollawy. When he came back he said "here" and pushed it in the room. I told them both on Sat. nite and Sun. morning that I was not happy with the service and that I would not stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Americas Best Value Inn in East Greenbush, NY. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately due to a medical emergency we had to cut our stay short. However the staff was very helpful. We plan to come often.

King bed. No hot water in shower. Everything was fine except shower had no hot water. They told us no maintenance available over the weekend we were there, and they had no other king rooms available.

We were very disappointed in this place. It looks very nice from the outside, but is really is a dump. We were given one room with a filthy rug and a moldy smell. We refused the room and were given another room. The rug was cleaner but the bathroom was filthy, and smelled of urine. We refused this room also and were told that we would have to pay a one night stay. I think it's outrageous that we should have to pay for a filthy, smelly hotel room. The staff was very nasty and all the amenities are non existent.

The managment was lovely. Room smelled a little funny. I think it had just been cleaned with something. Great location for my purposes. Everything I needed. Would be happy to stay again if I'm back in the area.

It was in a great location for our purpose. Also near fast food restaurants and a grocery store. Room could us a little minor maintenance. This hotel was in a great location for visiting our relatives. The sheets and room were clean and it had a strong shower with lots of hot water. The staff treated us well and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Safety/easy access off main road/supermarket was next door. Very dirty and smelled awful. I had to go next door to the Hannaford to buy Lysol and scented candles to be able to stay in the room. I slept in the chair that had a deep indentation from others before me probably having done the same thing. There we no more rooms available to move and I was desperate for a room. However if you need an emergency last minute room and you wish to be safe and deal with some great staff then stay for a night. But it is not for the children. I would never stay there with m children. Too unsanitary. It's more like a 3 hour motel then an overnight.

Easy to find, right close to the interstate. Noise from other rooms (i.e. TV & flush). Location was great and rooms were clean.

Close to the college. A/C didn't work well in 90 degree heat. Banging pipes threw the night. The AC didn't work well in 90 degree heat and the bathroom is very out dated with banging pipes all night.

Free wireless Internet. Everything else, very hard bed, thin pillows, smelled of electrical fire. Please stay away from this hotel. Staff was friendly enough at check in, but everything went downhill after that.

The hotel great location for shopping. Everything but location. The room was fine, the hotel staff was rude didn't care for our needs as guest! Ice not taken care of in the parking lot my husband fell the only good thingI can write about this hotel is that the location was great, and if you need to do work on your computer a bit of advise, bring your own printer. Take it from me if you want to stay somewhere in Eastgreen Bush NY don't stay here.

It was in a convenient location. It is really a motel, not a hotel. The room was clean and adequate for our purposes which were one overnight stay.

Price. Hotel staff very unfriendly towards families, especially children. This hotel is fine for a short economical stay. Hotel staff is not hospitable to groups, namely children.
