This hotel had the dirtiest rooms I have ever seen. There was dirt on the vanity near the sink, dead cricket legs and bodies on the bathroom floor. The location to food and gas stations was terrible. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are completely desperate.

Free breakfast. Rooms smelled terrible, dirty and only 2 breakfast items.

I booked this hotel because I just need a place to sleep and it was rather cheap. Like they say you get what you paid for. The restrooms were very dirty and the sink was broken. They have a new pool but, it looks like the water has not been change. They did included an iron, blow-dryer, microwave, and refrigerator, which was cool. I would only recommend this place if you are look for somewhere cheap to stay. 80)

We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay while we attended our daughters graduation from Air Force basic training and it looked as if this place fit t he bill, but sometimes price should not be the determining factor. We had a late flight so we arrived at the hotel around 11:00 pm.. The parking lot was not very well lit and there were only a few cars there. It was right off the x-way and the noise was pretty bad. You couldn't enter the lobby and had to get your key through a slot in the bullet proof glass(the person inside told me about the bullet proof part). I've worked for 911 for 26 years and If a place makes me feel uncomfortable it has to be bad. We asked for a few more towels and were told they had none but maybe tomorrow? Locks on the door were broken, there were silv er fish, one iron in the room gave off smoke.

The staff was friendly, and located very close to the highway. My last night at the hotel I saw a roach in my room, the hotel was close to nothing but the highway. I used the hotel for nothing more than a place to sleep at the end of long days, but the hotel is not really close to anything except the highway to allow you access to drive to many places. Getting back to my room the last night I finally settled in to pack for my return flight, and that is when I saw a roach, and it made me wonder how many other things I missed by just running in and out of the room.

I picked this hotel because of its location to sites to see and it didn't cost much. Only had one problem with the key card not working but staff quickly helped with that. Overall, decent place for the price.

Close to everything. Towels were dirty, and scary people hanging around. Was ok for the price, but was kind ofscary with guys hanging around outside. Dirty towels.

The America's Best Value Inn, San Antonio was a disaapointment to say the least. The room's furnishings were old and out dated. Cleanliness of the room was sub par. The bathroom was not very clean. I would not reccommend this hotel. The only plus was that it was close to downtown.

Nothing,I was very upset that we had selected this hotel. No irons in room you had to go downstairs to check one out. The continental breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced and we did not stay to eat we went down the road to a restaurant for breakfast. There is low water pressure, the room was nonsmoking and smelled like smoke, the furniture was in poor condition, e.g. the chair in our room had a leg missing and you were slanted to the left if you sat in it.

The first room I was given had trash in the can, an unmade bed and a filthy refridgerator and microwave. The desk clerk apologized and gave us a new room. This was clean. I then asked if there was some place in walking distance to get something to eat and was sent to the only place nearby. In the morning house keeping can at 8:30 AM. They were asked to come back later. They did not. This happened again later in our stay. The desk clerk was very good about supplying us with clean towels and such. She even got us toliet paper since it was never put on the holder and no extra rolls were left in the room. The outdoor pool would have been nice but it rained every day while we were there, a very unusual thing for July in Texas. My biggest problem was I was told the hotel ws not far from many atractions. The water park was the only thing close by and due to the rain that was useless so we rentd a car, an unexpected expense. Next time I'll spend a little more to have things nicer.

This was our second stay at this location. the room was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was polite and helpful.

the shock was immediate when we checked in....the office had a low ceiling...dark...smelly...barren of any niceties...the appearance of a cold water flat/flea bag hotel with linoleum and worn formica; and a small dingy room on the side that was to be our breakfast room....... we opened the door and when we shut it there was trash on the floor....obviously not ours. the very worst was a bathroom that smelled of old urine...behind the commode it had only been cleaned as far as the eye could see...but attempting to find out where the smell was coming from you could see that it was not clean at all....there was absolutely no internet connection.

While checking in a little boy of one of the staff was running around and would not listen to anyone.the staff thought it was cute, I did not.As we were checking in I noticed the area for the continental breakfast, they had the cereal stored in a plastic bin. To me it looked like they just open a few boxes and dumped in the bins. The beds were ok. I did not like the fact that sink was out side the bathroom. You can tell no one swept the bathroom floor, there was long black hair in the tub and on the floor.

Our stay at America's Best Value Inn & Suites was indeed a pleasant one. The room was clean. I had requested one with the mini fridge, microwave & coffee pot, and found everything to be what was requested. The matress looked rather new upon inspection. The only issue I had with this establishment was the pool. It was very small. The water was very dirty. There was quit a bit of trash floating in it. The outside furniture around the pool was badly run down & destroyed. The gate to lock the pool area was broken & leaning against the fencing.

I stayed only one night and moved to another facility! The plunger next to the toilet should have been a clue..... and I could have saved the cost of one very uncomfortable night!

The room was okay. However, the internet is only available if you have a laptop (with a wireless card). At other hotels, at least a common computer near the lobby was available, but not here.

This hotel was located near where we had to go for a graduation ceremony so worked great for that. The room we had was clean when we got there but there was no plug in the tub so baths were out of the question. The hair dryer has a burn out element and only blew cold air. The maid service was only so-so. Our garbage was never emptied in 4 days and the toilet was not cleaned either. We did get clean towels and the beds made but that was about it. The bar-b-que place next door was wonderful and made our trip.

My stay Best Value Inn was a very good experience! The room was clean, sheets clean! New bed Spreads,Very comfortable beds! The space was very good, I liked the bathroom being seperate from the vanity area. I liked they provided hair dryers. The pool was okay nothig spectacular and the continental breafkfast left a little to be desired. But over all it was a great experience for the money!
