The pool was being dug up, so that was not even an option. The one staff member I saw was lukewarm at best. The room was at least clean, but that is the most encouraging thing I could say at this point.

Nothing. Dirty pool broken and closed. The carpet was so nasty, it actually got my feet dirty! The pool was broken and closed. The pool was one reason I chose the hotel.

Nothing. Pool was green, hole in mattress, hair in tub, alarm clock broken, dirty b-room. The only amenity I selected was a pool, they had one, it was half full and black in the bottom! so no swimming! the alarm clock was broken, the TV remote didn't work, sunflower seeds on bathroom floor, toilet paper sticking in the peephole in door, hair in bath tub, you could see the springs in the bed thru the hole in the side, and on Saturday evening they actually checked someone in to our room on top of us!! they walked in on my wife and daughter wile they were dressing all the hotel around us was full or I would have ask for my money back, we had a race in that area on sat. & sun. so we had no choice but to stay in that RAT HOLE!
