The room was clean but had bare necessities. It was convenient to Clifton Hill and the Falls...both in walking distance. Continental breakfast consisted of cold muffins, coffee and tang for juice.

Cleanliness. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking lot was very noisy at night Great place to stay. No frills, but super clean and secure, helpful staff - will stay there again next time I visit the Canadian falls.

Me and 3 of my friends decided we would go to niagra falls for new years eve, for the fireworks, casinos, and clubs. We booked our trip well in advance on online travel website. Reservations were made for 4 of us. When we got to the hotel to check in, we were told no more than 2 people could stay in the room because that's all we were booked for. We showed the desk attendant our online travel website paperwork which showed a room for 4. After some argument, he agreed we could have 4 people, but stressed we could not have more than that, which wasn't a problem. This was 1 in the afternoon. About 20 minutes later, we got our stuff inside, and 3 other friends, staying in the days inn stopped over so we could all walk to lunch. They walked into our room, and the hotel manager walked in directly behind them and said everyone had to leave, he said we had too many people in the room. We explained to him they were just stopping over and we were all leaving. He told us to get our bags and get out, because he said he knew we were gonna have more people in the room overnight, and he knew it. He didn't want to listen to our explanation. We proceeded to call online travel website, who then called the hotel, and got a different story from the manager. online travel website could not refund out money based on what was said, but said the 4 of us could go back there. After they calling the hotel back, online travel website refunded our money, and told us not to go back to the hotel, the manager was very rude about the whole situation.

Room was gorgeous, loved the Jacuzzi and all the mirrors, convenient location. Shower was dinky and leaked all over the place; main door to hotel did not lock despite key given to us. Considering this hotel was only a 1 star, I was very surprised at how much I liked it. It was very clean and private. It was very quiet and the staff was friendly. I just wished it would have had a refrigerator and a microwave, so I wouldn't have had to throw out my left over lunch. The room was beautiful though. Would absolutely recommend.

Was a very nice stay. Room was clean and a decent size. Excellent service. Pool was closed for the first day I stayed but it later opened up and was lots of fun. Within walking distance to Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill.

The hotel was nice ...its a good place to stay if you dont want a lot of frills...it was clean and the staff was very helpful...it was within walking distance to Niagara falls and the amusement area but far enough away to be out of ear shot of the amusement area noise. The hotel did have a nice indoor and outdoor pool. Anyone looking for a reasonably priced no frills hotel close to Niagara Falls would definately be happy here.

Nothing at all. Staff. My problem is with the desk clerk at this hotel; he was rude and refused to give me my room. I drove down with 3 other people and he refused to believe that 2 of them were not staying with us (they were not) Since he would not allow me to stay, I asked for him to cancel, which he also refused. I went to a hotel two blocks away and was in my room in 5 minutes.

We stayed here over Spring Break. The pool was not open the first night we stayed there because the man at the desk ""forgot"" to unlock the door to the pool. We did have to run outside to get back to our room after we swam hower... The rooms were really clean and tidy. However, we were woken up at 6:30am when another guest decided to take a shower. You can hear everyone's shower all through the motel. The free breakfast included a pathetic coffee machine with a paper plate with home made muffins on it covered with a napkin to keep the flies off. Gross.

I felt uncomfortable staying here after I was chased down by the hotel manager who thought I was sneaking people into my room. I hadn't even been in my room yet, so the rest of my stay was uncomfortable. We were also placed directly next to the hotel lobby, where a buzzer went off every time a person entered the room. It kept us up all night.

The room was clean. The kids loved the pool. The only problem was the towels. There were only 4 towels in the room, so after swimming you have no towels to shower with. You can take your wet towels to the front desk and trade them in for clean ones. Not a major problem only an inconvenience. Overall the hotel was good- basic things you would need if your there for a short stay.

Americas Best Value Inn had helpful staff around to help you when needed. We did not like the fact that there was no tissues in the room, and only one garbage pail in the room. Also you had to go and get towles from the front desk, who in turn had to get them from the laundry room, so you could go for a swim. Check out was unusual in that our room had to be inspected befor we could be allowed to check out, and with four ladies from sixty to seventy seven we felt that was not nessesary, on a rainy day to be running back and forth to the front office. The older man who insisted on this was very rude and I did not appreciate his smart remarks. This is the reason I would not recommend this place to a friend.
