Location was okay, not too far away from IHOP. Wireless didn't reach our room, very disappointing. We had a great price at this hotel but we were not real happy with it. The wireless didn't reach to our hotel room and we needed to be on our computers! Also there was a smell of smoke coming into our room even though it was no smoking. Lastly, the TV signal kept going out. I finally just turned it off.

Everything was great for the price that we paid for. We are planing to stay in this hotel again. Park-n fly service was very handy. Thanks again Anurag Thapar

A good standard hotel with bad brekfast, close to Ihop and Safeway, and Advantadge car rental is next door. Good for the price.

I had a late flight into seatac and was drawn to this hotel for price, location and 24-hour shuttle service. If I would have known my stay was going to be so horrible I would have paid the extra money to stay at a decent place. I called for a shuttle as soon as I got my baggage, I was told to call back(this did not set well with me since it was almost midnight....2am my time) I called back and had to wait almost 45 minutes for the shuttle to finally arrive. When i got to the hotel check in was easy, I told the front desk that I would need a shuttle to take me back to seatac at 8 am. When i went to the office the next morning at 750 i was told that i would have to wait until 830 because they only run shuttles ever 30 mins. This was aggravating since i had told them the night before and they told me it would be no problem. The rooms were gross, mine looked like it had not been cleaned. There was dirt all over the tub was moldy, and i found bugs(roaches) in the bed and around the electrical outlets. The tv did not work, the channels would not go out about every 30-40 secs or it would freeze up. Also they claim to have wi-fi. I could not get a signal. My suggestion save yourself the aggravation and not stay at this hotel.

this motel is a dive! they left us standing outside the airport for 1.5 hrs in 40* weather waiting for there shuttle to pick us up. when we got back to the motel i complained to the desk attendent and he kept yelling at me that i was just trying to get a free room,i told him i just flew 2500 miles with 2 kids and a free motel room was the last thing on my mind.i ended up walking to the best western at midnight with 2 kids and all our luggage in the rain. i wish my husband had read the reviews before booking this for us online

A perfectly good, very low-cost, comfortable motel with all the usual in-room amenities such as microwave, TV, desk, couch, and fridge. Rooms are a bit small, and you hear some jet noise as it's a stones throw from Seattle's airport, but it's not excessive.

Very noisy from airplanes taking off, traffic on road, and plumbing from adjacent rooms

I booked a room at "Americas Best Value Inn" in Seatac, WA, for my daughter and her friends visit. It was a "cheap" room and I expected it to be clean, but possibly "crummy". The room was TERRIBLE! The bedding was filthy and the service was bad.

The hotel was not the greatest in terms of perks, but it served the purpose for me. All I needed was a place to sleep for a few hours until my nephew picked me up, and did not want to spend a lot of money. The room was clean, though the furnishings, carpet, etc., was old. There is a shuttle bus from the airport, and the desk clerk picked me up at the airport at 1:30 a.m. If you want amenities and frills, this is not the place for you. If you just want to sleep cheap and maybe take a shower, this will serve the purpose.

Staff switched rooms for us. Bed in first room was caved in.

Very loud and disruptive, next to main road and thin walls. I only got 2hrs sleep. Wouldn't stay there again because of that but if you're a deep sleeper it was fine apart from that.

Extremely clean rooms and grounds. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. It is a no frills economy hotel close to the airport. Street traffic and aircraft noise was a bit exessive.

And that's about it, really. The TV was out most of the time, the internet was so unreliable and wouldn't let me connect, and it was too loud. If you need a quick place to stay for a night, this is a good place. But if you're here on business, don't bother. You won't get anything done.

I used the hotel for an overnight stay coming and going for a 2 week trip abroad. The shuttle service was very slow in picking up at the airport. Their 10-15 minute wait turned into 30-40 minutes each time. The shuttle to the airport in the morning was timely and the driver friendly. My rooms were very inconsistent. The 1st night, the bed was extremely hard. The room was clean but in desperate need of TLC. On the return stay, the bed was very comfortable. However, the vertical blinds were broken. There were 8 inches on each side of the window that exposed the interior of the room. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and again the room and appliances needed some TLC. I felt very exposed but was too tired to go down to the office to change rooms. Their continental breakfast consisted of two small muffins prepackaged in cellophane and a cup of coffee. I realize this was an inexpensive hotel, but how much does a gallon of paint cost and keeping the blinds in repair?

Great value for money - very affordable, great facilities and close enough to Seatac. It's not Hilton or Four Seasons so don't expect too much - a great place for a cheap stay close to SEA airporrt

After reading all the reviews, I was a little scared about the hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was very surprised at how nice it was. The room as very clean, including the bathroom. My only two problems were the lack of parking and the rock hard bed. I also wish they had alarm clocks in the room. I would stay at this hotel for any future stays. It was nice that I could drive right from my front door to downtown Seattle without getting back on the major highways.

The lights outside shone through the cheap blinds, shining in my face all night. The bed was hard as a rock & the pillows were thin. The air conditioning was loud and didn't work well. I had to drag my suitcases up the stairs. The man who picked us up at the airport was polite & helpful, as was the man at the front desk, but the guy who drove us back to the airport was sullen and unhelpful. One of the other passengers had to help me with my luggage. The only good qualiy about the place is that it is close to an IHOP, the bathroom was okay, and it is close to the airport. I didn't sleep all night. I wouldn't stay there again if you paid me.

Domino's was nearby and delivered. Burn holes in carpet, noisy heater and very small. Feels like a meth head just left.
