When I checked in, they told me that they had no information about a reservation from Orbitz and asked for my credit card. Not having any other option, I gave it to them, they told me that I would not be charged twice. That was untrue, as I later found out on the bill. I was basically charged twice for the room, once by Orbitz and once by the motel. The hotel room smelled terribly. The other guests were loud well into the night. When I finally got to sleep and woke in the morning I found the shower plumbing to be nearly comming out of the wall and above all, no hot water! The temperature outside was 32 degrees, but no chance for a warm shower.

Very comfortable and cleanliness. There were enough pillows. The pillows are very uncomfortable and would recommend more of a larger firmer pillow. My overall stay at the American Best Suite was great. I will consider it again when I'm in Pine Bluff.

Nothing. Rooms to dark, refrigerator did not work heater had a fowl order when turned on no internet service. Would not recommend this hotel anyone.
