Hotel was clean even, smelled good but the mainteance was bad bath tub wouldn't drain good and the shower rod was falling off the wall.

The cost. The pool was closed and it was open.

Though not really that convenient to public transportation like the Trax or a convenient bus to downtown, it is only a short, inexpensive taxi ride to there and back. I was there for a trade show and they shuttled guests free in the mornings to the convention center on their own dime. Quiet and comfortable. Great bed, pillows, and matresses usually found only at more expensive hotels. Friendly staff.

The bed was comfortable. There were cops arresting people and lots of noise.

bathroom sink was too far off from the main bathroom. you have to go outside the bathroom to wash your hands.

A shuttle bus to downtown. Staff was very friendly. The floor of the room was not so much clean.

America's Best Inn & Suites was affordable compared to other hotels, but did not live up to its title of being the best. The first room assigned to us was found to be open and not cleaned yet for our arrival. We did get an upgrade due to the first room not being ready. In our second room, there was a huge (10 inch diameter) hole in the bathroom counter that someone had earlier damaged and was not replaced. The internet service on the computer in the registration area was convenient and the staff were hospitable. Breakfast was lacking with white bread, cornflakes, and apples. You definitely have to drive a couple of miles to get to the center of the tourist areas/main street from this location.

I liked that it was at least clean. It looked acceptable. It was a little more beat up than I expected. The whole experience was just fine. I didn't expect it to look run down but it wasn't too bad. The staff was friendly and there was no trouble with anything.

This place was very dirty inside and out. The staff couldn't answser any of my questions about the city. It is in a very seedy part of town.

Room was cleaner than expected. Very poor hotel. I had to replace 2 light bulbs in the room myself. Breakfast was a joke. Huge stains on carpet. Broken desks and broken ironing board.

The Bed was really comfy!

The hotel location was great. Not too far away from downtown but some quietness during the night. I did not like the shower. The shower head was not great therefore the shower was not relaxing.

Standard modular hotel room, with comfortable bed and adequate bathroom. Adequate storage space for clothing. Hotel offers free wireless; delivered one day out of three, since server appeared to be down (PC in the foyer didn't work much of the time either). Decent location in a shabby commercial area, close to downtown and very convenient for access to highway for Park City and Alta resorts. Basic continental breakfast -- drinkable coffee, good donuts and fruit. Good Korean restaurant nearby -- real hole-in-the-wall place, but good food and nice owner. Only fast food places nearby otherwise; lots of restaurants to the north (try Biaggi's for good Italian).

Convenient. Staff was not aware of local travel options.

While friendly enough at check in, the staff was not helpful over the phone. The room was cold and the heater erratic. Towels were worn and threadbare. The location was satisfactory.

Housekeeping staff was very friendly. Dirty and run down. I would not stay here again. The place was very dirty. The breakfast was stale cereal, cheap Wal-Mart bread, and terrible coffee. The management does not check ID upon check in so there were some real characters staying there, so there were times when I did not feel safe. The lock on my door did not work properly and it was not fixed during my 7 day stay. The WiFi did not work.

Stayed at another, higher class hotel, but they didn't have some amenities that this one had: coffee pot, wireless connection, good TV. We were very satisfied.

The price. Dirty and shabby outside and the pillows were probbably full of dust mites as my eyes very red and puffy the next a.m. The breakfast was minimal with cereal and loaves of white bread and no wash cloths were in the room. The price was good but it could spruce up the poorly maintained areas especially the stairs are dirty and crumbling.

Americas best inn and suites was a very comfortable place to stay. The rooms are clean, and comfortable. The pool and spa area was well maintained. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.

Location & price. Not enough towells, hot tub & pool out of order. The motel would have been about as expected for the price. They are very skimpy on towels & washcloths. The first time we stayed here was in late April. They told us the pool & hot tub would be operating by May 1.
