Convenient location. Conveniently located and needs renovations, rooms and bathrooms getting old and worn.

Close to Portsmouth Airport and C&J Bus Terminal. Was a great place to launch a driving trip up the coast of Maine. Room was one of least expensive in area- good value for $. Room was reasonably clean, professional, friendly staff. Pool available across the street if desired. Have some highway traffic noise- ask for room opposite the highway.

It was clean, convenient and moderately priced. The breakfast area was stuffy, small and did not offer a wide variety of food. Juice was hidden away in a mini-fridge which you had to hunt for. We were attending a UNH graduation. There were printed direction at the desk and freshly baked (delicious) cookies when we checked in. The help was friendly and the room was clean, though not fancy. The motel is right off of I-95.

Good location, nice hotel, and friendly staff. Room a little too small, hard to maneuver. This was a very decent hotel. A good location just a couple blocks from downtown Portsmouth. The staff was nice. My only problem is that the room was too small to get around easily in my wheelchair and I don't think the hotel had any actual wheelchair accessible rooms. If they did, no one mentioned it.

For the price, this was exceptional. No refrigerator or micro in the room. Friendly place, but instead got a three star class of room, staff, and accommodations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a Heartbeat.
