Me and my family stayed here during my childs move in to Northwest Univ. and it was HORRIBLE!! The bath and face towels were washed but still looked filthy,and had pubic hair in them each time they put new towels in the room. There was a foul odor throughout the whole building and the breakfast was very poor in quality and quantity. The front desk person refused to allow us to check out earlier than what we planned to stay initially and we had to pay for up front for the 4 nights we stayed in the facility. The rooms were not very clean, and they never changed the sheets or cleaned the bathroom during our stay. I would not recommend anyone to this hotel even for one nights stay!!

While most of the hotels in Maryville, Missouri are on the extreme south edge of town, the Americas Best Inns is located on the east side of town. This location is near the highway loop allowing easy access around town. The Senior Center and a senior housing development are nearby, so this would be a good hotel for someone visiting older relatives. The room was very modest, but everything worked and was clean. The TV set is small for today's marketplace, but there were plenty of channels. The free breakfast was limited to juice, coffee, rolls, bagels, and toast - but everything was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room would be too small for an extended stay or for a family, but for a single traveler it was fine overnight. I would recommend it as a fine value for a quick trip.

Had a reservation for one price and when got their price was raised by * and when asked about was told taxes and fee. But know other motel charge this high of fees.
