The first room we got was dirty, and the sink leaked. Maintanance quickly came, and we were given an upgrade. The next room was very disgusting. There was hair on the bathroom floor, urine on the toilet, and particles on the carpet. It was as if the room wasn't even cleaned, but there were new towels. I had my husband buy lysol cleaner, and I cleaned it myself. The next day, the janitorial staff did a great job cleaning the room, even changing the bed sheets. Thank goodness because I wouldn't even sleep on or under the covers the night before. I do not recommend this hotel.

this was our third stay here. because rooms sleep up to 6. first two stays were great. the clerk was rude. i was given a 3rd floor room, had requested a 1st floor, she changed the room and then said, ""oh it's not clean"" and gave me the same room anyway on the 3rd floor. the room stank, it said non-smoking but had dirty ashtrays. the sheets had been slept in and had not been changed. the only good thing about the visit was the breakfast and the lobby was hot as heck because the air conditioner was broken. needless to say we did not enjoy our visit this time.

The America's Best Inns was a good place to stay for the money. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot with food such as bacon, biscuits, waffles, eggs etc. They also offered evening snacks. The indoor pool was also a plus. We would deffinately stay there again.

Quite, good location andfriendly. When I mentioned to the desk clerk about the items not working all she said was oh! really. I have used the same room at this hotel before with no problems. My wife and I wear disappointed when the desk clerk did nothing. When we told her of the whirlpool and Jacuzzi not working I think a Oh! really was not to my satisfaction. Not even an apology was given.

I liked the location, liked the dinner & happy hour but we didn't have to go. The price was good. Didn't like the sticky floors in bath room, small coffee pot, arrangement of our room. The people were very friendly and helped us to find our destination for a wedding. We were there only two days but would be for a week if our room was a little better arranged and more room.
