This was one of the only hotels that had so many rooms available. I can definitely say that it was a place to lay your head, but don't expect much else. It looked like an old Motel 6 that was "upgraded" by adding a mini-fridge (NOT a mini-bar), microwave, and coffee maker. By the way, this is a Motel, not a Hotel. In our room, there was paint pealing from the walls, gunk on the walls, no shampoo, and a broken phone that wasn't replaced after it was reported. Though we confirmed that there would be a continental breakfast the next morning from 6-9 AM, there was none. In fact, we tried calling for an hour and a half (on our cell phone) the next morning and no one picked up. When going to the motel lobby, we found the agent playing video games on the computer... (we did use the correct number on our cell - it was the one we used to report the broken phone the night before). Also, the staff apparently has a difficult time smiling, wishing you a nice stay, or doing anything else pleasant. But, like I said, the Inn is just fine for laying your head down and sleeping.

Location, fight off highway downtown Harlingen. Asked for towels and sheets, lobby doesn't carry them, have to wait for housekeeping, no fitted sheets on bed, only flat sheet laid on the top of mattress.

The room was clean, for the exception of the rest room. It smelled funny and you could smell it from the room. Also, the toilet and bath tub had stains on them. The room is recommendable for a couple of hours of sleep. Not recommendable for family.
